I’m a C5/6 incomplete. However I have no faith my situation will ever change. I can feel everything below my injury my pinky and thumb both move freely but my fingers are curled. I have full bowel/bladder control. I can basically feel and move everything but I can’t walk. Success in my life is accepting that a physical disability isn’t the end. You can accept your disability and still have a wonderful life CO’s that’s what I’m doing. Newsflash is you can’t work a nerve like you can strengthen a muscle. This isn’t a muscular or a bone injury. The spinal chord is a series of nerves. That’s why our specialists are known as neurologists. Nerves can’t be strengthened or fused back together and that’s why we remain paralyzed. You can’t exercise your way to fixing a spinal chord injury. It doesn’t work that way. Ask Superman. Oh yeah. He died of his spinal chord injury.

This is amazing! Two heroes right here. Doing so much for the world.
Copium. Have you tried running ?
I feel like my life is handicapped with noone around to give me positive energy. I have to make my own positive energy without anyone's help. Most days I can't do it. Thanks for sharing the video.
Go on Sam mate! You'll be back walking in no time! 🤘👍👌
