I did day one and two then missed three because it was my anniversary so was super busy, did that yesterday though and now doing day four now in the evening so I’m back to it! Must remember to comment when I’ve done it! My legs are so so sore today from yesterday cardio so I’m glad today is what it is! 😮💨💜

Good ☀️ morning! My twins took a 10am nap. So I had some extra time this morning to complete day 4 of the 30 day hard challenge. I truly needed this calm, deep breathing and stretching this morning. My entire body is so sore 😩. I’m still planing on going to the track for at least 30mins this evening with my children. Also, I’m focusing on trying to hit my calories intake for today. I’m off to a great start🙂. And I’m feeling great about it. I pray everyone has a fantastic Thursday🤗💜. TY Rachel again. See you all tomorrow
This gentle Pilates workout was just what I needed today. I paired it with your ‘lazy girl’ workout and it was the perfect match. I think doing these type of workouts on a ‘rest day’ or low energy day is such a great way to keep the body moving don’t you? Thanks again Rachele 😊
Currently, there's a heatwave in California and today it is at 110 degrees. I wanted to take a rest day but I saw how light this workout was so I decided to try. Thank you for including these light workouts as well! It helps me stay consistent
New 28 day challenge for me! Day 4 DONE! I go by my time of the month, along with how my body is feeling. Hence why my D4 is really fat 1 for me😂 I like to color outside of the lines to get the job done 🎉🎉 Looking forward to this challenge!

Isn’t it funny how a short, easy workout presents itself just when you needed it - day 4 done. Went outside with my pup to play and shovel a bit - 15” of snow here in VT and it’s still coming down! Ski days ahead 😊
My days are a bit out of kilter, as I had 2 days off but yesterday I moved our delivery of wood for the log burner so this was a great stretch for my achy muscles.
Day 4, cleared! Felt amazing after the day 3 I just made up lol :) This weight is gonna come off!! And ill be back in my hometown gym for weight training too >:D
