It might be stuck due to the print head lock that is of orange colour if its not moving then you can remove the orange lock first. Or You can move it manually with your hand.

Print heads kafi chalte hai from past 1 plus years I am using HP 516 and no issue with print heads as of now same print heads are use in this printer. Print heads cost around 3000 for both printheads
Very nice.. I have a query.. Can't we connect printer with smartphone wifi directly without connecting it with wifi internet ? Is wifi network mandatory for connecting this printer with Mobile? In canon 3012 there is no need for wifi network for printing. It can print by connecting direct with smartphone wifi.
Yes you can directly print from wifi direct for that you have to connect the printer and your phone via wifi direct and you need to have HP Print service plugin app installed on your android device.
