With only 4 opportunities ever having been available to win a place on the Eggheads team it is inevitable that some of the country's best quizzers will have tried and failed. Don't be misled into thinking that Mark, Shaun and Paul are anything other than formidable competitors. I've quizzed against them all.

Oh yes. from October 2015 when I filmed the 15 to 1 final to mid 2016 when I filmed MMAE I had something of a purple patch quiz-wise.

NO, they are all very good quizzers, I was just pointing out a fact

While they are all great people I personally don't think their personalities would make for a good Egghead. Love seeing them on The Chase though.
