Lovely security guy. I would employ him immediately for my company. This is the security people really need. Good for de-escalation, friendly. Humble and of course if needed can report more malicious, criminal aspects to the police as security in the UK can only go so far. More like a light deterrent. So he is just right for what most companies need really.
He was nice but not good to be too nice. I mean he was professional and polite but to an auditor which is fine but I would expect my guard to be abit more manly enough and do the job properly against genuine trouble makers so maybe I wouldn't employ him.
@@HandleDeezNutzVoluntarily yes exactly. He seems the type that if a staff or customrer be assaulted Infront of him not manly enough to do anything just stand there and call police.
@@ramatgan1 nice guy certainly and Somalis are nice people mashallah. But as a guard he seems to be too nice when dealing with trouble makers (not saying auditor is trouble maker). If I was looking for a guard to protect my business it wouldn't be him.

As a sia licensed guard mtself he done such a good job. He could have been a suspicious person taking videos and photos to document a potential site to overtake. And also he does not need to have bus license on show as he’s on private land
Security nice chap they should all take note on HIS approach - Good Luck boo hoo bringing jobs to the area this is good - love the car regs - Stay Safe - PINAC!
I really respect how DJ goes about his audits: very pleasant with his interactions, informed, explains why he is videoing to those who question him and doesn’t make personal insults towards others like a lot of the other auditors do. Fair play to him, hope he does well.
Thumbs up for DJ Audits. This is the right way to Audit. Fair, polite but not a push over if he gets aggro. This channel has become one of my most looked forward to, especially because of the highlighting of disabled accessibility issues. Well done as usual mate 👍👏♿️
Hey DJ, just updates to the law. We only have to display our badge if working as a door supervisor. It is advised that all persons wear badge visibly however no longer law.
Eh clueso. Don't boo boo now. You could get stitched up looking at young ladies through windows. Nice to hear that they putting their house in order. Shows good and in that case they deserve to succeed. And made in great Britain. Well done d.j.
DJ audits isn't actually well educated on SIA licence requirements though but likes to think he's better than others when he's not. How he speaks to some is simply disgusting and just antagonistic. He risks his own safety by going on to sites and then refuses to leave or tries to preach. He's simply a trouble maker.
I don’t usually comment on audits because alot of these guys just want to gauge a reaction from the public even when they are wrong or cause an incident or negative reaction and want to play the victim. However DJ sir, you are very professional and I like your mannerisms and politeness. Very good insight and wish you all the best mate! :) subscribed :)
Isn't that the whole point? Corporates and institutions need to be kept on their toes and accountable. Otherwise when they influence government policy to the detriment of everyone else (see 'The City Of London rememberancer') then it is you that will surely complain.
Many years ago I had the displeasure of working at Boohoo in the office in Manchester. I worked in the artworking/photo re-touch department. All I can say is that it was one of the worst experiences of my entire working career. A massive bullying culture, an unfriendly vibe all round with managers who were the worst ive ever encountered, which made my days there absolute hell. Also I had the displeasure meeting the main CEO of BooHoo (whose name I don't wish to repeat)....who is one of the worst people ive met in my entire life, successful yes but an extremely unlikeable person to the extreme. Quite frankly the worst person ive met in my entire career and that's saying something. I absolutely despise BooHoo as a company and what they are about. I didn't meet one nice person in my whole time working there.
You have to be a particular type of human to build an empire otherwise you spend your life wallowing with unproductive sheep looking for friends at work.
Please be aware that sometimes during your Audits security guards do not need to display a SIA badge. This is because only contracted security need a licence and those who do have a licence are not required to display it when they are in-house security.
Seems they normally come free on clothes.. its where the cloth is joined.. sorry could not resist that one.. but yeh good and interesting videos that dj puts out. Informative as well. Av a good new year.

Not technically correct and if he's employed in house and not via a company that provides security that you pay for, he doesn't even legally require to hold an SIA licence. View SIA website to see the actual true requirements. He could of also just been going for his lunch and noticed this plonker. SIA states that licences aren't always required to be displayed. If an operative is required to do a role that is undercover security then licences don't have to be displayed. The only people that operative have to legally produce their licence to is SIA and Police. Operatives don't have to legally produce it to members of the public. Not all security require an SIA licence. SIA website provides information on when licences are required, what is regulated activities etc. Recommend that you view it and educate.
