It tells us human nature is biased by nature. So we need to keep an open mind that policies do have flaws and many things are questionable. Criticisms is valid to the affected. So those unaffected please keep an open mind and dont deny the rights of those affected to point out the issues. Criticisms alone is not productive. True. But knowing problems or issues or concerns And not raising them, voicing them is WORSE! If Opposition's job is not to point out the flaws and issues, they dont need to exist. But you forgot only about 26,000 citizen babies born every year, while about 20,000 older singaporeans die every year. And only 30% of each cohort grow up into productive innovative working adults. Which company will pay above average salaries for below average performance?
Unfortunately the government doesn’t own the private sector jobs. It’s Created and owned by private enterprises, hence it’s their right to hire whoever is available in the country. The government can only regulate who is allowed into the country.
