A fun show, and one I've not seen in years. The show Leverage, also by the same creator (John Rogers), also stars Christian Kane (Lindsay in _Angel_, Jake Stone in this), and I started watching The Librarians because I was a Leverage fan. Leverage is about a team of thieves-led by one honest man-who con and steal from rich, powerful, corrupt people to help ordinary people, sort of like Ocean's Eleven meets Robin Hood. The show has a recent revival, _Leverage: Redemption_, which added Noah Wylie (Flynn) to the cast.
It's like Leverage in the Buffyverse (don't tell me that this is not Fred-like behavior and Lindseys good side, and this Potentials/Chosen part...), with some drops of Timeless and Warehouse 13. There is a bundle of shows who have this certain kind of feeling paired with a high rewatchability factor. This show is really fun, enjoy the ride 😊. Oh: "I'm The Librarian" - "Librarian who?" 😂.
Probably not going to happen, since one of the primary actors (don't want to name which actor it is, since he or she hasn't been introduced yet) now has a starring role in a hit network show.
Not going to say I didnt enjoy The Librarians as a show. But lets be real here... its the poor mans substitute for Warehouse 13, which is a show that ought to come infinitely more recommended. Compared to Warehouse 13, I think The Librarians had a worse budget and was a lot more corny, I dont think the actors had as good chemistry, I dont think it was as dramatic or exciting, and it certainly didnt last as long (64 vs 42 episodes, 5 vs 4 seasons), less popular, etc... but all in all I thought it was the same overarching concept. But holysht, I didnt know The Librarians had a film series before the televised series.

The movies hooked me, and I hoped the series wouldn't let me down.
And it was great.
There's a spin-off coming in 2024
So underrated

Love this show
I LOVE THIS AHOW!
The actress who plays maze in lucifer is actually South African I think
the CW is bringing back The Librarian's universe in the form of The Librarians: The Next Chapter.
been rumors of a 5th season coming for a long time lol
I have not followed it

Not a fifth season but a spin-off made by CW which is worrying
Did you not guess who DuLac is? An episode about Camelot should have been a neon sign. I guess you can claim your Frewer dislike scrambled your brain.
