      Everytime I watch him deadlift I wonder wtf am i doing wrong. I can't even get close to where they are .. about 200kg difference

      @@beastmode3502 its a lot of genetics too. Cailers body is just absolutely perfect for sumo deadlift. Long arms long torso, its just all perfect. See where his lockout is, its like just above his knees. Thats a really short range of motion which is perfect. And just look at the mans body, standing behind would be like standing infront of a wall his back is insane. And he is just freaking strong naturally and he works out very well. Its just all perfect lol, you cant really get any better. So i wouldnt compare yourself to him lol its not fair in any way. Just see him as a superhuman loll. Doesnt mean you can get good but never as good as him lol like i said he is a superhuman 🤯

      @@beastmode3502 just do your best bro. Nutrition, sleep and train at your best and you over the years you will get higher and higher. Deadlifting 300kg is a big goal for me which i am determined to get, and with the right mindset i will. Set a goal for yourself too and work for it and you will get it 😉

    Dude you can do at least 450 kilos definitely !!!! 435 was super smooth! I remember you once tried 440 kg in comp but didnt fully lock out but almost got it theres no doubt you cant do 440 with ease this time

    Pound for pound the best deadlifter that I've seen. He keeps getting a new pr every time. Cailer has not uploaded a video in a while that's cause Doctor deadlift has been some bad medicine. He is not far from 1000 and I know that is definitely a goal he is shooting for. He is Superman.

      He's not a Strongman, there are other rules. He competes in Powerlifting, and there's still 460kg the world record. You can't compare these two sports
