I like how break down your tutorials! would you have tips for keeping fingers off the frets in Em? my 3rd finger really likes curling up 😅

Build your strength up over time! Start with just landing square on the chord and seeing if each string is sounding correctly. If not, repeat. Also, make sure you are using your thumb supported on the back on the uke to help 3rd finger too (you can reposition the thumb is be where the 2nd fret is to help.)
