想了解一個地方，看當地人的表情就大概知道了，一個個都是快樂滿足的表情，而且注意到了每個人手上那個轉轉的，而且招牌上都有藏文，文化宗教都維護得非常好

藏文招牌那是必须的，西藏的老一代是真的不太认识汉字，过去的学校基本只教藏语

I have traveled to Lhasa, the Potala Palace, temples and some Tibetan landmarks over ten years ago. The wonderful sceneries are simply out of this world. Riding the trains in between Xi-Ning and Lhasa is another unforgettable experience to say the least! Its wonderful to see local people gathering and dancing happily on the street in your video, so joyful and contagious! Great job Luca and Rachele! Missing Tibet very much and will definitely visit again.

16年去的西藏，绝对是世上最美的地方！就是吃的没有那么美味。但是水的质量特别好。洗脸之后，皮肤都是滑滑的。当时被藏人的虔诚所折服。真的很感动。在西藏的寺庙里还结交了一个藏族朋友，一起朝圣，一起吃饭，一路聊天。在坐飞机的时候也遇到了空姐对藏人的“特殊对待”（因为那几个藏人不会讲汉语，但是坐在紧急出口，与空姐沟通不了，把空姐气坏了，使劲儿地翻白眼）
19年去印度文化交流，当时也有机会结交了几个藏族朋友。虽然看起来和其他种族的年轻人没什么差别，都是很现代很时尚的，还哈韩。哈哈。但是一打坐，还是有模有样的。在那次交流会中，不难看出藏族，不丹和泰国的这些年轻人还是有灵修基础的。
感觉不论是在藏地的藏人还是在海外的藏人，虽然生活在这个物欲横流，快餐文化的大环境里，但是灵修生活始终都是他们生活最神圣最有价值的部分。

谢谢频道主人带给大家真实的西藏！我今年5月去了拉萨，日喀则，阿里。在2002年的时候也去过一次西藏，包括邦达、然乌湖等等。我要说的是，这半个世纪西藏发生了翻天覆地的巨变！仅仅02年到今年这段时间里，又发生了巨大变化！我这次走的地方都是高等级高速公路，交通十分便利，而02年那次去西藏大多数还是石子泥土路，没有柏油路，更没有高速路，崎岖不平，弯道多，塌方多。至于拉萨，那简直是一座现代化新城，特别是火车站附近那个新区，拍出的照片根本无法识别是拉萨，你肯定以为是内地某个大都会！高楼林立，宽敞的街道，各种现代时尚商店和餐厅，高级轿车来来往往，不得了！
您说的真是不假。藏区的道路实在是颠覆了我的认知，在如此高海拔且地质极不稳定的地区修出这么多这么好的道路没有亲自走过说给谁听恐怕都不会信，特别是西方和部分跪久跪习惯的人，因为他们内心就没有抗争意识。还总喜欢嘲笑国内需要翻墙什么什么的，殊不知自己的心墙有多高多厚。

2018年我骑单车达到拉萨，从老家出发用时70天，总共4500公里，拉萨特别安全特别漂亮，不管是汉族还是藏族生活在这里都很和谐，路上的风景特别特别漂亮，事实上现在的中国很难找到治安差的地方，有些外国人其实被他们的媒体骗了。
17年在拉萨待了一个月，景色太漂亮啦！！另外觉得藏族人民的信仰真的很强大，也很善良。

It will only reopen next year gradually, but still depend on how these countries and regions control their outbreaks.

Actually, there’s not much to play in Lhasa. I used to ride a bicycle from Chengdu to Lhasa (almost 2000km). The scenery on the road was so beautiful that I cried!!!!!!

Minorities are treated in a very special way by means of generous subsidies and incentives
Yes, as a Chinese, I don't think there's anything bad about it. Our main ethnic group is the Han nationality. I think we are richer and better educated than the people in Tibet. Before you come, you can go to Xining to see the beautiful Qinghai Lake, which is also very helpful for you to avoid altitude sickness.
Xining has a train to Lhasa.the famous Qinghai Tibet railway. There are beautiful plateau scenery all the way. If you feel unwell, the carriage also provides oxygen.

我也想去拉萨看看可是怕高原反应，怕身体吃不消。看看你们的视频很好看到一个欢快的拉萨和亲和的藏族同胞。
若能自驾，分开行程，超过2500米高度后多留宿，每天上升不超过300米，身体就能适应。若不能自驾，那就搭乘火车，别搭飞机，因为飞机从平地飞到拉萨高度上升过于迅速，身体无法适应。我以前是登山队的，我们登山就是以这方法克服高反

僅憑一個拉薩就能判斷西藏人過得快樂嗎？況且中共為了同化藏族，強制移民了多少漢族到拉薩？拉薩已經不是藏人的城市，而是漢人的城市，上網查就知道漢人和藏人在那的比例是8:1。這樣你從何而知藏人是幸福快樂的？現在你看到的和平快樂純粹是中共想讓你看到的罷了。
