We suspect that you are using the Angular version below 12 and using the @syncfusion/ej2-angular-schedule version 20.2.36 which is causing the problem. If you are using Angular version below 12 you need to install the ngcc version of package @syncfusion/ej2-angular-schedule@ngcc. Refer to the below UG for more details.

You can render the EJ2 Angular Schedule in an angular project by following the steps provided below. Refer to the shared UG for more details.
Step 1: Create an angular application by using the below commands.
ng new my-app
cd my-app
Step 2: Install the EJ2 Angular Schedule package in the project by following one of the below steps.
If your angular version is below 12 install the legacy package of EJ2 Angular Schedule by using the following command.
npm install @syncfusion/ej2-angular-schedule@ngcc --save
(Or)
If your angular version is 12 and above install the EJ2 Angular Schedule package by using the following command.
npm install @syncfusion/ej2-angular-schedule --save
Step 3: Once package installation is completed register the Schedule module in the app.module.ts file as shown in the below code snippet.
