the medical industrial complex has lost common sense ancient wisdom and have little understanding of of post stroke issues. had my second two weeks ago- intense neural fatigue, spasms upper arms and upper legs. last time it took months to get over the fatigue. no sparking with first one. i keep learning. am going to try etanercept soon.
7 year old had brainstem stroke 3 months ago. Arms came back but not legs . She can move legs a little bit. Just slightly. But does have spasms in legs
I'm starting to have muscle spasms in my left leg after a stroke 5 years ago left me with the heaviness and pins/needles pain of parasthesia. I pray it leads to something good!
all my muscules for me works after my stroke. my eyesight is where i was affected most. although i can move my eyes moving as normal. I have lost my peripheral sight to the left in both eyes. i wish i had something like a spasm with my sight. ive been told that my brain will compensate for the loss but i think that was just a way for the docs to say i'm S.O.L. anyways, i don't give up! I still do everything the same cause i'd get bored if i didnt. screw those that say i cant!

I will definitely take into consideration your focus concept for spasms. I have severe spasms in the morning my stroke was three years ago I was 51 years old and they let it go for 10 days before they CT me and said well she’s had bilateral massive strokes in her frontal lobe and over 200 mini strokes, it’s insane I have two children. My oldest son is 33 my youngest one is 15 I was out of their life for like two years in the hospital and rehab until I got to come home which cost my parents thousands of dollars to be able to redo my house to get me in because it left me hemiplegic And in a wheelchair my dad has taken out walls in my house. He’s wide doorways they laid down concrete aluminum ramps I mean the whole business so I know what you’re saying but thank you for the idea of trying to focus on that and seeing if that will help because it’s so frustrating and my spasms are so severe. It looks like I am having aseizure

Im in the middle of a syroke im 28 Nd ready to get bck out ther but my arm is traped with the rone nd so is my leg nd fopt if i could get rid of the rone i wouls b doing just fine bcuz i push myself to do the old stuf i use todo so if i could get my strength in my uper body bck nd in my left leg bck up to wher i could run nd jump nd walk right this crrap would b ok.
Bright idea. You never know what can happen if you try, and if you make the "muscle control game" instead of just getting depressed you at least have some fun with it :)
I'm getting muscle spasms in effected foot as well as well as my shoulder almost 15 years post stroke. I find it a good thing well and I'm the same as you, I try to hold it for as long as I can.

Im 25 and 5 mos. Post stroke can walk a little but no use of my left affected arm. Im hoping to live a comfortable life too after ten years.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Just a thought I know you have probably tried lots of different thing but have you tried acupuncture I have heard some good results can be achieved.

By muscle spasms, do you mean little random muscle twitches? Also known as benign facilitation syndrome?
