1. Create to do list with fixed time (don't set more than 3-4 goals)
2. Remove distractions (if not studying online keep away gadgets , delete the app which distracts you)
3. Create a good study environment
(sound free environment, fixed place, collect all the requirements , make your study area clean, never study after eating a lot)
4. Study in time slots ( study for 45 - 50 minutes then take a break of 10 - 15 minutes)
5. Focus on your goals not on your time
