The word Kafah means to bend down or Bow. The shape of the letter Kaf here is seen as a crown on the head of a King (King David, King Jesus) who is bowed down in reverence before God. When we bow before God, the Kaf is the reward that we receive in heaven or even here on earth as we transform into a "Kingdom of Priests". Exodus 19:6
