- President Vladimir Putin signed a decree aimed at confiscating American assets in Russia. The move came a month after U.S. President Biden signed a law assuring critical military aid to Ukraine. The law has provision to sell confiscated Russian assets and hand the proceeds of the sale to Kyiv for Ukraine's post-war reconstruction efforts. Putin’s new decree will allow Russia to confiscate movable and immovable properties, securities owned by American companies and citizens in Russia; and other property rights of the U.S. and Americans in the Russian federation.

You are right. But the Problem is, that Russia will loose about 300 Milliarden( Bill.) most in Belgium ( West/EU). Ru trustet Europe. The European go to be thieves.
