Neat video but I’ve seen that done around here in GA. and you can’t go a mile threw town without getting stopped, they strive to keep them outta hwy, luckily GA did pass a county rd tag for utvs this year, very nice, but would be nice to go to town since we do not live in a big town
A guy has viral video getting pulled over by regular cops and GSP and had no issues. I guess it’s your particular county that’s jealous of the legal people.
We have some jealous cops in florida, I have given a warning that they will ticket me and impound my northstar for driving a utv on the streets, even with a Montana tag. So I am confused over this
Do you have to have commercial auto insurance with this? Also can it be insured from your state or does it have to be from montana? Great video btw man thank you sir !!
At least that cooper tire is a dot rated tire compared to your carnivores. Beadlocks aren't dot approved either if you have them. Just throwing it out there. If you make law enforcement mad, they will find ways
I think some states don't accept this under the law licensing. Most states require you live in the state the offroad license is issued. Wisconsin and Michigan are two.. South Dakota did the same thing couple years ago stating YOU belonged to a SOUTH DAKOTA BUSINESS CORPORATION inorder to license it in South Dakota... THAT'S ILLEGAL TO SIGN AN LEGAL DOCUMENT UNDER FALSE CIRCUMSTANCES... There was no valid Business Corporation in SD!! IT WAS A SCAM!!!
Then get a Texas registration and stop being a shit bag. I hope eventually they go after all these BS LLCs and sue the hell out of you guys for tax evasion.
WRONG! In California NO UTV/ATV can be used on the streets no matter where it is registered "A vehicle designed and manufactured for off-highway use may not be operated on a California highway even though it may be highway legal in its home state because it does not meet the federal highway safety standards for highway vehicles."
The fuel you put into your machines is taxed for road repair. Whether or not they agree to let you on the roads, they eagerly accepted that tax. If anyome tells you that you cam’t operate your rig on the road, ask them for am immediate refund for the road taxes. If they balk, you balk too. Gooses and ganders people.
When you go through registration and LLC process to Montana You also get vehicle title changed to motorcycle or quadracycle. No longer titled as SxS or UTV!
@@Punjabiemcee No your wrong. California does not allow the Montana LLC registrations. No matter what... No ATV/UTV is legal to drive on the road in California no matter where it is registered.

What do the cops say when they stop people

How long ago did you start the process with dirt legal? Their site says $499. Is that a better deal than you paid?
Have you been pulled over yet? And if so did they give ya any trouble with this Montana tag? I live in Oklahoma and want to do this with my Trx 450f
They driven by but did not pull me over..
Ok cool. How does insurance work? Do you have to have it insured in Montana or are you able to insure it in your state?
