I like dudes Chevelle Ive seen it in person a few times at the Good Guys car show in Alameda CA, the fairgrounds. But honestly that car isnt a 1/4 mile car, not enough torque with LS engines compared to big block, never hooked well and the traditional manual is too 1960s with todays automatic's with trans brakes. HHP is more like Pro-Touring type stuff, and car show clean.
Yea with all of this new technology an auto is needed for those perfect shifts, but when you come from the older racing world manuals was the way to go. There still is nothing like a manual car, but for these races with everyone else using an auto, an auto is the way to go.
Those Glasshouse/Donks are heavier and have bigger wheels. As long as they have the power their keep pulling pass the Chevelle ... The Chevelle wheels too small.... Not to mention all the cars he's racing are automatics. I don't care how good a person can shift. You are not out shifting these new automatic transmissions. It's a fact a 2020 ZL1 with a manual is slower the the 10 speed automatic....
You not supposed to race with big DONK wheels those are not meant for racing. regular 18 or 20 inch wheels are better for racing.... Supercharger or not you gonna get smoked with those wheels everytime
