One of my best Disney memories is when I went with my family for the 50th. We were watching “You Are the Magic” next to a mom and her daughter, she was maybe 7. After the fireworks finished she said, “Mom? Am I the magic?” And her mom said “Yes, you are.” My whole family started crying and we ended up chatting with them. ✨💞

I love that you get so emotional for things. My kids made fun of me for crying during the fireworks. Thankfully there was another adult female nearby and she had my back.
I just have to ask, when are we going to get the "poor Nana, Poor Father" MamFam merch t-shirt? We NEED it Molly!!!! Poor Nana on the front, Poor Father on the back!!! Loved this video. There are a million opportunities for "empty park" night pics. We literally spend as much time taking photos during after hours as we do riding and they are the best pics. Was there too and had so much fun! Wanted to share my ride tally in case anyone was wondering about the value of the event. Keep in mind I got there right at 7 and was pretty ride-focused, but still got to have multiple snacks and watch Enchantment.

Longest wait was 25 minutes for Haunted, walked on to 7DMT twice and Tron was less than 15 all three times. Happy riding!

We did this last year the day after we got married and met Molly and Alan on the ferry out at the end of the night. We loved it and decided it's the only way we want to visit a Disney park. Getting there at 7 we were able to do everything we wanted and then some, it was probably the best time we have had in Disney in a long time, plus meeting your guys - special bonus!! Now we want to do the other parks that offer this.
FINALLY, a way to enjoy Disney for people like me who hate the sunlight

MK after hours seems like the most worthy of the 3 offered! I wish I could have worked this one into my upcoming trip, but Epcot’s fits much more perfectly in my plans. Magic Kingdom with low crowds and double fireworks is a dream come true though
We did the EPCOT after hours last July and it was amazing. We were able to ride Guardians 4 times while enjoying all the other rides too. We will definitely do EPCOT after hours again in June!

80's child when the loading of small world was flipped... I used to ride small world on repeat so much at least 4 times in a row. My dad would try to convince me that small world was closed so the dancers could take a snack break. Just context for your scarry dream.
The secret Snow White was super fun to do. Our family of 5 teamed up with the family in front of us. I was so happy to spread some Disney knowledge and magic during a long wait.

I love that After Hours are back!! Now we just need extended hours to come back! My family's a night owl not a rope dropper! Early entry is not our jam! We enjoy breakfast then wondering into the park after the early crowds are gone!
Jordan fisher is beyond lucky. He has been in Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen and Sweeney todd and now currently Hadestown on broadway and is the voice for the fireworks at magic kingdom. Met him at the stage door for Sweeney todd and hes also very sweet!

I saw they're having a HS and MK after hours events while we're there in June. We're a family of 4, with 2 spectrum kids, and Inhave long covid. Decided to reduce our park tickets and use these 2 days to sleep late, enjoy the resort, and go to the park when it's much cooler. We aren't morning people after all. We are night owls
Molly, I totally understand getting the feels during Happily Ever After, Enchanted, Illuminations, and Harmonious! I'm a Disney child (born the same month as MK opening), and my children (now adults) are Disney children. I tear up when we watch the fireworks! My Disney tears always happy ones.
😂 Get Molly into some ears STAT. She can't even talk or tell the difference between pecans and peanuts without them. Being without Mickey ears for her is like Superman being exposed to kryptonite. 😉🤣

We love the after hours events, my son (10) gets overwhelmed/over stimulated by the crowds, but loves to ride all the rides.
Also, I AM SO JEALOUS you got to meet Ariel! I love her in her grotto, but something about seeing her with her human feet makes me smile cuz my conversations are always more adorable cuz I love seeing her get all excited about twirling and showing off her shoes ❤
One of my favorite Disney memories. During magic hours 10+ years ago, in MK my sister and I rode splash mountain with no wait. They didn’t make us get off the logs. We rode it like 10 times in a row posing for the drop and laughing at parts of the ride. It was really fun, our ages were 16 and 12
We did the AH event for MK and was able to ride -everything- once, and even some things twice. We waited for SDMT only about 10 minutes. Its so worth it but don't want to share that with everyone because then it gets SWAMPED! We had a blast, its like the park all too yourself!
Two best things for me: Molly's dark jokes and Alan's laughter on the rides. So good.
The first time I got to go to WDW was during the 50th so the first fireworks show I ever saw there was Enchantment, it holds a special place in my heart lol honestly when that fireball looking one shot across and the audio hit with "Make a wish upon a star" I instantly started crying lol took me right back to the moment I was in person seeing it for the first time
We were there the same night! Started our night at Seven Dwarves when we got there just before 730.... Posted 75 minutes wait time and we clocked it at 14 minutes total!

I absolutely adore Happily Ever After, but wow, I just loved Enchantment too and I’m so thankful they brought it back!! The music and that show just speak to my heart and bring me to tears every time!! Thank you so much for bringing us with you Molly & Alan! You guys just help keep the Disney Magic alive in our daily lifves when we are in between trips!

After struggling through the crowds at all the parks this past Christmas 2023, this after hours event looks amazing! Since Tron is such a short ride I would’ve ridden that multiple times. Will definitely consider buying that ticket instead of a regular day ticket when we return.
You all laugh...but my young boys LOVED Magic Carpets when we went in 2021. They were 3 and 1. After fire works one night, we went back to ride it again and wait for crowds to exit before we went home. We DID ride Magic Carpets two, if not three, times in a row because no one was there. The Cast Member let us stay on and ride. My boys loved it. Haha.
Once again, you guys rocked with this video! I definitely want to go to an after park event. To walk on all those rides would be so worth the admission price. And you two are so much fun! Thanks!
I really want you two (or three) to go to a nite at Disneyland. Like Sweethearts Nite or Princess Nite.
I feel like Disney could invest a few thousand dollars to update those animatronics on The Little Mermaid ride. The Ursula looks okay, but the Eric and Ariel bots miss the mark.

Oh yay! We are going to WDW next week (from the UK) and I was so hoping you would do one of these before we go! We are going to After Hours in Epcot and MK, haven’t done them before and I can’t wait! I have been binge watching your videos to be as prepared as possible for Genie + as it wasn’t a thing when we last went to WDW ❤

Great meeting you guys at this event, even though it was super awkward with my wife taking forever to come out of the bathroom! This event was definitely worth it. We didn't arrive until 9:45 because of little ones but still accomplished a lot.

Hi Molly. Laughed at your hips don’t lie comment about the ride seat. lol We watch your videos every Sunday and love them. My family has been going to Disney since 72. We’re all getting older now and all that comes with it so I’d like to make a request. It’d be wonderful if you could film some content on how to navigate the parks if you have elderly folks with bad knees and others who aren’t a size 2 in your travel party. I would like to hear your perspective on which rides are more manageable than others for people who struggle a bit. It would be a great inclusive video. Thank you for all that Mammoth Club does! Truly informative as well as entertaining.

I hope they have this next year when we go back! Getting a ticket for these events instead of a day ticket saves you from having to deal with buying Genie+ and scheduling lightning lanes all day. Seems perfect!

Reminds me of being at Disneyland on school nights when they’re open super late (like 11pm or midnight). If you have the stamina you can wait out all the families with kids and the locals, and the park empties out nicely the last couple hours. You can go wild in there.

We just did after hours at MK. We were able to go on 15 different attractions including Tron plus eat dinner. We did only see the fireworks from a distance though. Definitely worth the experience.

Oh my goodness Molly, what you said regarding the 7 dwarves mine train seats being snug, I couldn't agree more! Last year when we rode, I sat with my 15 year old who is huge and happens to be on the spectrum. While keeping his arms up he knocked me so many times on the head, lol. I may have had a concussion but, we did have a blast. lol!

Just got to do after hours on thursday feb 1, i HIGHLY recommend to anyone to spring for it. We did everything. Including Peter pan, Mine train, TRON.....hardly any wait anywhere. ( also did ater hours epcot the next day. Did everything there including Test Track, frozen, ratatouille....everything!)

Great video. Looking forward to attending the after-hours event this week. We were at Magic Kingdom today. The day was going great, getting a lot done, but we ended on a sour note. I love the PSAs in your videos. We need you to do a couple of PSAs related to fireworks viewing. Why do parents have to put their kids on their shoulders? It completely blocks everyone's view. And why do people think it's acceptable to record the entire fireworks show with their phone up in the air, blocking the view of the castle for the people behind them. My daughter was in tears. I asked a cast member about both of these issues, and she said that they ask people not to do it, and they actually get mad at the cast members. She said they try, but there's nothing they can do. I feel sorry for the cast members having to deal with all of this. We're hoping for a better experience at the after-hours event with respect to the fireworks show, but I'm keeping my expectations low so as not to be disappointed again. Love your videos - informative and professional as always.
