your pain really reminds me of me, I am under 15 years old (not gonna say my age) and I already feel crazy knee pain so I have to stretch since I started even playing sports as a hobby. Im grateful I actually stretch because now I can do lots of volume and intensity stuff while being pain free ( i still get very sore but the pain is going away) Keep on stretching and try mobility training to, thats what made me really be pain free. keep on going at ur dreams but value yourself more!
