Those low displacemnment inline4s were for anyone upgrading to an inlin4 from a standard motorcycle. Almost all Japanese manufacturers had them. From Honda to suzuki to yamaha and kawasaki. But they were not fuel efficient though and a small displacement with lots of pistons aren't that reliable

Ninja 400 with few mods can reach 200kmh top speed and about 4.5 0-100 so this bike can do similiar.It's not as weak as you think
