Here’s a handsome man who could basically be with anyone he chose. And yet, he was married only 2 times. Most celebrities today are with a multitude of partners and they are no comparison to him, his acting, looks, his charm, wit and personality. Very few even come close to Gregory Peck ❤️

I know he had a sense of what is Truth. He lived it. He knew how to give of himself to others...kind, super generous. And approached everything simplistically. He didn't need much in life, keep it simple. Had a great regard for the person in front of him.
He was certainly was one amazing man!
I got to meet him once in the 1970's as I waited over an hour alone in the pouring rain standing up against a door on Broadway! Suddenly the door to my left began to open and it was him! He really was surprised/shocked to see my persistence and knowing in my heart that he was still in The Theatre. Oh, yes, Gregory Peck came out with a 10 speed bicycle and after chatting with me took off into the rain on his bicycle into Times Square NY ♡♡♡
I am sure it was worth waiting to se one of the most disent acter...

Ya, I was basically a kid at that time. I've been fortunate working Theatre operations on Broadway and have met just about anyone whose a big star. Everyone's been sweet! Well maybe with the exception of less than a handful; and it's been good! Elizabeth Taylor really was sincere who was really down to earth! I could go on & on & on but won't bore you. I always thought him and Audrey would’ve made for a lovely couple. Too bad the timing wasn’t right, she was engaged during the duration of Roman holiday and only called it off once filing was over, and he had been involved in a failing marriage during the filming and only stayed for the sake of his children, but I believe he was really looking for someone else whom he found while filming the movie (a journalist I believe became his 2nd and last wife). But damn, only if these 2 amazingly talented and kind people caught the right timing.
