I couldn’t even watch this full thing without crying. When I was younger my dad used to say he’d come pick me up since him and my mom broke up and I used to pack my bags for the weekend and be waiting at the door in the end he never showed up and didn’t answer my texts either this went on from when I was 5-9 and when I turned 10 I was used to him not wishing me a happy birthday and I started to go to school functions and be busy he came back a few months after a turned 10 and told me that he’d pick me up for the weekend and me being scared to go through the same thing I told him I was busy and everytime he’d say that he would come I’d tell him I was busy. I’m 14 now and I just starting seeing my dad on the weekends again. I’m happy he’s showing up now :)
