Hey Khan, quick question..... you plotted the points representing SR-equilibrium on the downward sloping portion of the business cycles, during recessionary periods when explaining the relationship b/w SR-equilibirum & business cycle, is that intentional, or can the SR equilibrium also lie on an (upward sloping) expansionary period, as long it is below the LRAS plotted in blue?
