I've actually been looking for contact lenses with LARGE pupil holes. Tiny pupils actually make it look like you're on drugs: they constrict, as opposed to dilate the pupil. Large pupils are attractive, and women used to use Belladonna eyedrops to give them a LARGE pupil because of how attractive they are. It's why eyes are beautiful in dark dining rooms. Tiny pupils give the impression you're snorting something.
