The opening characters: Aladdin, Genie and Mad Hatter are replaced by Mary Poppins' pinguins. The first float's book isn't moving: so Mickey and Minnie are standing on a lower platform. Chip and Dale have to walk behind the float. Peter Pan's float misses the second part with the moving ship, so Peter walks with Wendy and the Lost Boys. The Finding Nemo float: Crush's animatronic is broken, so his voice is removed from the soundtrack. Also the puppeteers playing Marlin, Dory and Nemo and the coral(?) are gone. The Dragon float lost Prince Philip?! The Frozen Float no longer makes "snow".
Don’t forget Slinky missing and Woody walking. 😂 I love stars on parade and it is looking a little sad especially for this regular visitors. However, if it was my first time seeing it I would not have noticed, and would love it.

Yeah that is the thing missing most from it for sure I hope they fix it, but with all these floats failing around the same time perhaps something new is incoming.
The moving ship for Peter Pan hasn't been used for ages now. It's been like that for at least months. They always walk right now. For with the Nemo float the puppeteers it's the same, haven't been in there for what I know atleast a year!

OMG LOVE DISNEY!! GO EVERY SEASON AND THEME OR SPECIAL EVENT! To see the changing of Disney through the years! Its so magical!
