I've struggled with dermatitis (not quite as much)4 many yrs. It's not like reg dandruff, it's dense layers of dead skin like SCABS! If anybody needs a tip, massage oil into the scalp and they slide out much easier, nvr pull at them. God bless

you need a very fine tooth comb to remove the dandruff and a soft brush to remove the flakes from the hair

My mom's friend was an obstetrical teaching nurse. At the local college.she taught me a trick to get rid of cradle-cap. I believe it would work on this to. If you're interested. Let me know. It worked great for me!
