Aperst from that you might underestiate the team. It has nice amour on the dwarfs to stand on the LOS and base up players. With guard on 4 dwarfs and a Tree + the human blitzer you got 6 Players who can guard the center of the pitch. ST6 will help there a lot, even if rooted. The throw team mate option is importand if you need to score quick and the tree will only need one 2+ to do it, so the fling can burn two rerolls for catching and landing. There are some otions here and usually the are like tier 1000 in tournaments and get tons of skills.
Cyanide - hire Jim! He might be the only person capable to instil intrigue for BB3 into legit Blood Bowl fans! For me it's like someone put the colour blind settings on and the switch to turn them off is broken. The colour scheme is utterly atrocious. You have AIs like DALL-E who have more understanding about what humans find aesthetically pleasing than a paid artist at Cyanide. It's like the computer art equivalent of the botched Ecce Homo fresco smh.
I think their strength is the one turn, you side step the catcher, so if they set up anti throw then you push the catcher if they set up anti one turn you throw the fling, they are basically like bad underworld if they pick the troll 😂 Edit: errata errata, he mentions this
I participated in the last beta, the skill icons were full of color, they are sorted by skill family, it's so much more readable like that, is it your version that will be applied?
@@JimmyFantasticso even after block and guard you would take stand firm before pro? I guess if you block with them then you can take pro, if they are a road block they will never get 3 skills anyway :), and road blocks may be the meta as it is safer... I don't play them so I don't know
i think the team would be far better, yet not over powered, if they just replaced the " blockers" with standard longbeards. also the loner is unnecessary theres no reason that your blitzers should have loner. if they made those 2 changes OWA would be a great team but i would argue still worse than standard dwarfs.
Im i the only one not even wanting to buy BB3. I dont like the new stats, the new level up method or most of the new teama or changes to the old ones. It just feels a bit rubbish to me.
I'm mixed on the ruleset but I'm not against trying something a bit different and the kickoff events are a huge improvement. But the game offends my eyes and that is why I will not be buying it. Cyanide are going to be eating humble pie for a long time. Their arrogance at not hearing people out about the UI could honestly cost them the GW license. To go from money in the bank and working on a beloved franchise to shitting the bed is a really sad story. I hope beyond hope that somebody with some sense makes a tough but necessary judgement call.
Actually regular human passers have 2+ passing. This passer is actually just worse with 3+.

This will probably be my favorite team in BB3
I think taking a dwarf runner is an option. He can skill leader, he does not have anymosity and thick skull ist nice for a leader.

What about "Pro" on the dwarves ? This skill have been buffed (it's on a 3+ when it was before on a 4+) and it can avoid the waste of reroll.
