Honestly with all your imperfections you are still so cool and beautiful you don't pretend like your some perfect girl with no human-like characteristics. Your so real, and pure
+Gabby Grier Yep! A lot of the other beauty guru's have skin that is perfect on camera and yet they say "I have a lot of imperfections". Well If I can't tell the difference between with foundation vs without foundation, it is pointless to review the foundation.
I have very dry skin, this foundation lasts all day at work (leave at 6 in the morning get home at 6 at night). Yes it does look a tad more dewy by the evening but nothing too bad. I love it so far. I think it might be a great foundation for a dry skin girl like myself but i can see how it might not be so great if you have more oily skin.
If you're after something that lasts, i recommend the colorstay by revlon the normal to oily skin version. I get dry patches as well and it honestly just looks flawless all day it doesnt cling to them (the version for dry skin have different colours that don't match me at all). Also the L'oreal true match, as long as you moisturise first this foundation doesn't cling to my dry patches. All skin types are so different, i wish you luck!
Danni Stewart yea i love revlon color stay the color matches my skin so well n formula really works for me...better than some of my $40 foundations. i really wanna try this born this way foundation.
Also, with your acne scars and "crusty bits" as you call them you should NEVER use a buffing brush to apply foundation or powder. What happens is it actually micro-exfoliates your skin which can cause more irritation and it causes the makeup to cling to dry patches and flakes which will make them even more raised and noticeable. The sponge will instead press the foundation in without displacing product and will help make everything lay down like acne scars or scabs. Learned this along time ago from a few makeup artist friends and I swear it makes a huge difference. The sponge is also great for powder because it's damp it will only allow the right amount of powder to cling to your skin and it helps it to melt into you foundation better as well. Brushes suck for ladies like us, promise!
Checkout Wayne Goss's video about applying foundation. He says the same thing, if you have any imperfections or texture to your skin you should never use a brush to apply foundation and powder. With a brush, excess product gets caked into all the layers of your crusty's and will make them super cakey and texturized.
I feel like some areas almost need buffing, like big nose pores. I like to buff into my t zone and then sponge over it and the rest of my face. Also, if a person uses a budding method then goes over it with a sponge I find it to look very natural. :) I just appreciate a combo of both
Bailey Tenerovich you should buy these exfoliating wipes by kiko. I found out about them when I was in Italy and they're actually blessed 😩 they remove alll dry patches and you have smooth as paper skin! They're pretty cheap too 💓
I love that you show your true skin, no filters or anything. I like seeing how the foundation really applies on a human being’s skin, without the ring light. I admire your confidence in this series so much!
ok we know graveyardgirl has the bluest eyes on youtube. But i think we found the eyes of a princess mermaid! They're the greenest i have ever seen! gorgeous!
It honestly disgusts me that people like Laura Leech has millions of subscribers and this sweet genuine (and actually watchable) woman like her doesn’t even have a milllion subscribers...😒
I love this review because with most first impressions you can't tell what it really looks like because they have professional lighting. This shows what it will look like up close and just an everyday look!
Yes fellow glasses wearer! I always want to know how a foundation holds up on your nose/under the pads but no one ever mentions it. No one with glasses seems to create content for TH-cam, really. Not beauty channels at least.
+Mi'el Ardidito Blanquea Esquivo That's actually true! Have you tried contacts? I've had glasses since the second grade but changed to contacts when I turned 18, and it has literally changed my life lol! Everything is so much easier and you don't get foundation sweat on your nose where the glasses sit :)
+Mi'el Ardidito Blanquea Esquivo literally... yes. i wear contacts but i hate watching 3D movies or wearing sunglasses bc it leaves little naked spots on my nose where it rubs off i HATE it
I know this video is ancient in TH-cam years but I love coming back to it. On the off chance you see this, Cassie, please bring back this style of foundation video! ❤️ I miss the comforting vibes of the old style.
You're the reason I've upgraded foundations. Your videos are real, and I love them. I get to see what exactly what kind of coverage I'll get, unlike most other videos and tutorials, where most of these women already have make up or some sort of coverage. I get to see the real deal. I've had a drugstore routine going on for awhile because I was afraid of the women in the high end make up stores. They can be a very pretentious and judgmental depending on where you go and who you ask. It wasn't until watching your NARS review, that I decided it was worth upgrading and worth going into one of these stores. Thanks for the confidence boost, wouldn't go back to the old routine ever.
I love how real you are on your vlogs. You don't overuse crazy filters, white out lights that hide everything, or blurs on the footage so that we can actually see what the foundation looks like on the skin! I'm so thankful I found someone who doesn't look CG on TH-cam that is genuinely reviewing these products, plus you're so sweet, pretty, and funny. I adore your channel! Thank you!!
I thought that the shades of that foundation ran dark and really yellow. I managed to get a sample at Ulta and I have to tell you...I didn't like this one. My t-zone was an oil slick after a few hours and I normally have drier skin. Maybe this stuff would be decent in the middle of my Wisconsin winter but I don't know.
+faeriesmak yup, that's for sure; that's why I said it wasn't near light enough to be considered "porcelain". Sorry to hear that this foundation didn't work for you either... seems to be pretty finicky and only for a select few people with not oily or dry skin :(
+faeriesmak I hated it so much, so let down because I want to love it :( going to try it again tomorrow but it's been a few weeks and my hopes aren't high. So sad because I bought it and didn't try a sample, plus I lost my receipt. I could cry haha.
I really like your videos because you are very honest and you have similar skin to me so I can compare the way the foundations look on you to the way they look on me. I am 100% trying out this foundation. Much love 💗
When every other youtube uploaded a video on this foundation: Eh, I don't need advice from people who I can tell will already love it. When Cassie uploaded a video on it: Yes, now I can know if this is something to put on my wish list!
Cassie, from a professional makeup artists standpoint, I would recommend quitting your Guerlain primer. It is formulated for dry/normal skin. Your skin needs a mattifying, oil absorbing primer. Try the Cover FX Custom blot drops. Because you are using an ultra hydrating primer, and your skin is naturally pumping out oils, NO foundation will work well on your skin. Everyone should be using a primer, not every primer is for oily skin, dry skin and normal skin also needs primer. And you should ALWAYS ALWAYS SET YOUR FOUNDATION. There is no liquid foundation that will withstand not being set. Just some constructive criticism, from a professional MUA and subscriber :)
Yes! Try the Hourglass Mineral Veil, Becca Poreless Priming Perfector, Benefit's Porefessional. For drugstore primers for those of us on a budget, Maybelline's Baby Skin primer is nice and mattifying, Neutrogena Shine Control Primer, Covergirl Outlast All-Day Primer, and the Rimmel London Stay Matte primer !! I hope this was helpful :) If you have any more questions feel free to PM me !
Kat Tinney This was SO helpful thank you!! What do you feel about the new-ish Benefit Mattifying Gel primer? I've been trying it and it doesn't seem to be controlling my oil at all. I'm wondering if I'm using it incorrectly or maybe it just doesn't do the job?
Lindsay E Hey Lindsay! I find that the Benefit Mattifying Gel is great for mattifying dry skin because it is a gel, but really doesnt control oil very well. It's great for dry/normal/combination skin, but I would recommend something else for oily skin!
You are right, it's more for dry skin. I have very dry skin and I'm really happy with this foundation , I finally don't look like a desert with a mask on my face, and in the end of aday I'm glowing really nice, in stays on my face about 10 hours :)
Awww! I loved this! Seriously. Like love love loved this! I have normal skin and I really like this foundation for filming. It is a little too heavy for me for daily wear as far as the coverage, I wore it to a rainy wedding last weekend and it fared really well. Thank you for your insights! So helpful to know who this foundation does NOT work for! You are amazing!!!!
+BadKittyBeauty definitely not all foundations melt off in the humidity, surprisingly!! But I'm sure this foundation'll do much better once the heat is gone that's for sure :)
BadKittyBeauty Yup!! Different foundations react differently on our skin... just takes some time and testing to find the foundation that meshes well with you skin ^_^
+Thrift Thick (Cassie) loreal pro matte doesnt melt, and my extremely oily nose doesnt get oily, but I have to use loreal pro matte very sparingly, or it gets caked! It also makes my skin around my mouth so alligator textured, and dry.
I work at ulta and when we got this in I thought "omg yes need this" but then I realized the palest shade is basically 3 shades darker then my skin color and it's soooooooo orange on me. I hated the color but I loved it on tan people!
+mickey diamond I saw that! I was able to swing by one of my fav TH-camrs who is pale like me but she matches about a shade or two darker then me and she said the palest in "Snow White" was too dark for her and it looked really yellow on her too :/
Usually I don't comment on videos... but neither you nor your channel are usual at all 😉 I LOVE your videos and personality. You're like a breath of fresh air here! Keep going, keep rocking! You're such an amazing, lovable person - every time you're uploading a vid it kinda makes my day 😊 If you take some requests: you totally should try the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation if you haven't already. I have dry skin with quite a few flaky patches and I'm loving it so much! Kindest regards from Germany, Cassie!
I love that you do close ups. not enough people do that, and in their videos they look impossibly perfect. As for when I apply makeup I'm like, hey I still see my itty bitty lines under my eye, or my nose will look a little less softer than I expected. but I realized those are unrealistic expectations and we all have pores and fine lines. And I'm okay with that. You make me smile and you're awesome. Thanks for being real. :))
Love tour videos! They are perect! I totally think that you should start doing vlogs, I would love to watch those, listening to you talk just brightens up my day! have a fabulous Tuesday Cassie!
Still one of favourite foundations for oily combo skin after all these years.... and heaven knows how many new ones I've tried since. Also...I had forgotten how gorgeous your long hair was...just beautiful x
I have normal to dry skin and I absolutely love the foundation! I got a sample from Sephora and was so wowed that I went and bought the full size. I've never purchased a high end foundation before! I can definitely see though that it wouldn't be good for oily skin because even I get a tad oily in this when it's hot out
I know you're not the most conventional TH-cam makeup blogger but I love the way you make these! You're so charming and funny. And when you take us with you it shows how it survives in everyday life.
Do you have dry skin? If so, does this foundation look cakey on your skin? I'm worried that if I buy this foundation it will exaggerate all of my dry patches.
I too have oily skin, but this foundation is working great. A little tip is to prime your face with a pore minimizer and then let it sink it for a fair amount of minutes. Then I use a mattefying primer and then apply the "born this way"-foundation. Holds up beautifully all day long!
I wanted this foundation to work for me but it didn’t made me disappointed.,after like 2 hrs its like its gone on my face and made me look so oily..i really like your honest reviews
you are such a sweet person to watch on youtube. you are honest without losing your personable aspects. it is such a delight to watch your videos. always brings me a smile to my face. keep doing you boo.
I usually get so annoyed with these makeup tutorial videos, sometimes i mute the sound so I can just see how its done without hearing the annoying girls talking!! LOL but I REALLy enjoy your videos, your really real and chill and I love that. :) Thanks for uploading!
I just purchased this foundation yesterday and when I asked for a foundation specifically for super dry skin , the ultra consultant said too faced born this way foundation ! And it is so hydrating and natural on my face it looks barely there but in a completely good way! It didn't leave any cake or settle in any of my fine lines or dry patches. I had some minimal hormonal acne and it didn't stick, however I did go over those with a bit of concealer but the foundation was amazing. Overall, I believe this foundation is for those of us with dryer skin! Which I appreciate because on TH-cam I always feel like I see people with combo skin and I never see people with dry skin! Glad you tried it though !!
Holy shit...I love this shade on your skin!!!! Normally you use very cool toned porcelain/alabaster colors because your skin is cool toned. However, the yellow undertones of this one totally cancel out any redness and actually warms your skin up a bit without looking orangey. This is a total win for me, I'd be curious for you to try some different shades in a few of your other favorite foundation brands. I actually do the same thing with my foundation, my skin is cool toned with some redness but I use a warm toned foundation to color correct and it will balance me out to fairly neutral. This is incredible! And now that I look at some of your other videos, every other foundation looks way too whitish and cool on your skin. Woohoo! #Winning
I can't get over this.. Best foundation you've worn yet!! Look for very light yellow (not orange) toned foundations from now on, I've had a lot of luck with Korean foundations because they have way more fair shades and they tend to lean yellow. Yayaya im just so excited for you, gorgeous daaarrlingg😍
This makes sense for people with redness. I don’t have that so I get neutral but in the born this way line I can get the rosy shades and they look neutral on me cuz they lean yellow in their neutral shades
Dear Cassie, you truly are true to your subscribers, different from other beauty influencers that lie in order to get people to buy certain brands, with your reviews we have a real perception of product quality!! thank you!
I have this foundation & love it. my skin is super oily & sensitive & I am definitely acne prone. this foundation is a dream. maybe the difference for me is I use setting spray. I go to work & am sweating, and my make up has not moved at all. I use all nighter by urban decay, so maybe that's what does it for me, but I'm in love with this foundation.
I haven't worn liquid foundation in 10 years. Born this way changed that. The yellowy tones scared me a little on the first application, but I swear after a few minutes the yellowness kind of goes away. Love it.
I suffer from dry skin and mild milia, I recently purchased this product a week ago @ Sephora and this is probably the best foundation I have used its so natural and smooth, easily absorbed into my skin and the coconut water moisturizers my skin so good! Best $40 I've ever spent and I topped it with sephoras yellow finishing powder. This product is sent from heavens❣
OMG i LOVED you foundation review! You apply the foundation close to the camera so the viewers could see the real coverage and what the foundation claims to do. Thank you!!!!:)
hi Cassie, I didn't have much luck with the Born this way foundation either, the shade match was good for me and it was a good yellow undertone, however after only a few hours the foundation started breaking up on my face and settled into my pores really bad, this foundation really only looks good for about the first 10 minutes or so, after that if you need to do anything or go anywhere, my suggestion is maybe just wash it off your face cuz the stuff will look really patchy and awful in a few hours.
Hahaha this comment is awesome! I totally agree with you. I was like foundation on point. looked in the mirror an hour later and was horrified. it was worse than a lot of drugstore foundations. And it felt absolutely DISGUSTING on my face! I was dying to wash it off. definitely returned this garbage.
+Ashley Holder Read my comment above. I was ready to return mine too but got this piece of advice and it made ALL the difference. I don't work for them either - I was just sad to have found such a gorgeous color that I thought I couldn't wear. NOT TRUE - Try it again with the changes and prepare to be AMAZED :)

+lucy rosevelt hmmm I might try that but I have a good moisturizer and hate that primer. I also have a really good expensive buffing brush that I use and I use urban decay makeup setting spray and it doesn't hold up like other foundations I have tried. I set it with powder too and it got oily like an hour later. I also am a pet groomer so water and humidity is like my life lol. So not too many foundations hold up to it. I also just couldn't stand the feeling of it on my face. plus the animal hair would stick to it all over. I might give it another try though with the winter months coming on. I will let you know how it goes! thanks for the advice!
Oh my goodness! I felt the same way while watching that episode of Project Runway! I wanted to leap into that tv and give Ashley a big hug...then I wanted to slap those "mean girls". UGH!!!!
Same! It just made me even more a fan of her, and Laurie, too, for sticking up for her! I also couldn't believe how they kept going after Heidi called them out, and go Kelly Osbourne for calling them out!!
Oh wauw, I had completely forgotten how much I loved and appreciated your photomontages of random stuff from your day. If you care to do something similar to that again (I know you still do short versions of them from time to time, but I'm greedy and want more hahaha), I would absolutely love it
"If I was drugged and someone put foundation on one side of my face......" This had me screaming! LOL...... absolutely love you. Such a beautiful inspiration :)
Finally! Someone with skin like me! I'm allergic to EVERYTHING under the sun no joke...my skin is soooo sensitive and I'm sick of wasting my money of foundations that break me out amd give me rashes 😓 Love you channel xxx
This was a very real (in the best sense of the word) review. I've yet to see a review for this foundation where the person reviewing it has acne scarring and isn't afraid to talk about how zits and dry spots get crusty and how the foundation affects them. Thanks for this!
Just discovered your videos and I love your personality! I feel like you were talking to me (does that sound creepy? I hope not!) I've been on the fence with getting this foundation, thank you for make a REAL video for us to see how it wore for you!
I just want to say that I just happened to run across your videos earlier and I have been watching them all since I clicked your first one. I just love you and the fact that you seem to be pretty rasy going and happy and I love that because people are sooooo serious all the time and especially some of them seem to just be unhappy cranky souls. lol
+Esraa Awadhi Haha I'm not there yet, since we have different skin types (I'm dry/combination) but YES I would never think of buying any foundation before I see her reviewing it!
F I N A L L Y, someone that looks LIKE ME!!!! I instantly subscribed before I even watched the video. Screw the video, you’re already my most favorite “beauty guru”. You’re just GORGEOUS! I cannot help but want your eyes, I loooove them!💕
You are doing amazing job with filming reviews...love how you do real close ups in natural light so people can see how things in real life look like. And your eyes and smile are just adorable.
Just found your channel. You are awesome. The excitement of "two fans" made me laugh. Best foundation review I've seen yet! Off to binge watch some more. :)
Use oils at night before bed. I use jojoba and rose oils. My skin use to be oily and breakout constantly, but after using the oils regularly I am a normal skin type. My skin no longer gets oily
ooooooooooooooooo I want a vanilla red iced tea!!!!! What's that all about anyone ever had one? I was super happy Ashley won, would of been happy with any of the top 3 women. It was such a powerful group of woman, all original and unorthodox but so beautiful and talented.
I know this is an old video but I seriously love your going-about-my-day montages. Even the music bops! Thanks for the review :) I'm rewatching because they are discontinuing the Peach Perfect Comfort Matte foundation which is the only matte foundation I've liked at all so far (with my large pores and oily skin) :((( looking for a dupe
So glad I found ur youtube! Really love when people with pores and imperfections show makeup like it would look on myself! And U have the prettiest smile and look like such a happy and bubbly person 😊 /Love from sweden 💙💛
gurl, we wear the same shades in foundation, and I too have pretty darn oily skin. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm loving your foundation reviews! thank you! 😊😊😊
You just got yourself a new subscriber! You seem so genuin and down to earth, trustworthy and beautiful. I think you were born that way... But without the foundation😉💕.
Too faced owes you money!! I totally bought this JUST because of this review... it looks SOOO GOOD! And I didn't just buy it once.. I've been buying it for 3 years, ever since I first saw this. :)
I love this foundation! I just bought it yesterday in warm beige & I have oily skin & yesterday was 33 degrees and it stayed perfectly ! Even after 10 hours after the girl at Mecca applied it to me ! Love it
Nice review. I'd just like to say to you, from an artist's viewpoint, that you exude such good energy and are a real classic beauty. Your eyes, bone structure and smile would be great to paint for portraiture as well as to create infinite makeup looks with. Keep up the good work.
I have dry skin personally and I LOVE this foundation. I have freckles across my cheeks and nose and it covers them extremely well, so I think that's a testament to how much coverage the foundation offers. I would say I have a neutral undertone and the shade Snow matches me perfectly.
you're so sweet and cute and bubbly!! ooh i think i love you! your laugh is super affectionate, and your little jokes are funny yet not rude and your style is down to earth and homey✨✨❤️ keep being you because really theres hardly any youtubers out there like you! love your review aswell xxx
so happy you reviewed this, there's a lot of people reviewing this who were sent this product for free. it looked sooo yellow on you though! you looked to be cool/nuetral and obviously very fair so that looked crazy.
I like this woman shes so laid back, funny and real
Honestly with all your imperfections you are still so cool and beautiful you don't pretend like your some perfect girl with no human-like characteristics. Your so real, and pure
I couldn't agree more!!
+Gabby Grier
Yep! A lot of the other beauty guru's have skin that is perfect
on camera and yet they say "I have a lot of imperfections". Well If I
can't tell the difference between with foundation vs without foundation,
it is pointless to review the foundation.
I was thinking the same thing! I feel like I know her just from watching 3 videos! :-)
Gabby Grier yeah and she doesn't use hella fixed lighting to blur out her skin and make it look "natural"
Lesley Converse! The youtuber in your avatarpic.... Maybe you should try a picture of yourself😒👎
what? haha its a picture of me... a selfie in fact.
Umm... That was awkward. Lol

Danni Stewart yea i love revlon color stay the color matches my skin so well n formula really works for me...better than some of my $40 foundations. i really wanna try this born this way foundation.
I love that you go get a sample instead of buying the whole thing like a normal person.
britneybxoxo save time & money! It’s smart :)

your face makes me so happy 😆 you're so natural and sweet...you have such a lovely personality 😻
I totally agree. she makes me happy :-)
agree!
Ikr I love her so much she lights up my day
+Kelly Carter I agree so much with this!
I know you guys!!! She deserves such a greater number of subcribers!!! I just adore her!
I love that you show your true skin, no filters or anything. I like seeing how the foundation really applies on a human being’s skin, without the ring light. I admire your confidence in this series so much!
I get this massive feeling of satisfaction when I see a foundation go on and make your skin look amaazzzinngg.
lmao same
sbeatts I guess
samee
I love how you don't take yourself super seriously. That's the problem I have with most beauty gurus.
ok we know graveyardgirl has the bluest eyes on youtube. But i think we found the eyes of a princess mermaid! They're the greenest i have ever seen! gorgeous!
true
michael cliffords green eyes are majestic
harry styles. I leave you with that lol
Literal Disney Princess right here!
uhmm no
It honestly disgusts me that people like Laura Leech has millions of subscribers and this sweet genuine (and actually watchable) woman like her doesn’t even have a milllion subscribers...😒
I agree 😭
I just discovered her a few days ago and I am hooked! Genuine, funny and gorgeous. Love her! ❤
Why laura is great too
So damn true!
laura fucking "leech" lmfao ruthless

You look gorgeous by the way 😍
I think you are the best makeup reviewer ever!!! you are so down to earth and I trust your makeup reviews 100%

Everyone should be using a primer, not every primer is for oily skin, dry skin and normal skin also needs primer. And you should ALWAYS ALWAYS SET YOUR FOUNDATION. There is no liquid foundation that will withstand not being set. Just some constructive criticism, from a professional MUA and subscriber :)
are there other mattifying primers you can recommend?
Kat Tinney Cassie you need to see this if you haven't!
I have very dry skin and I'm really happy with this foundation , I finally don't look like a desert with a mask on my face, and in the end of aday I'm glowing really nice, in stays on my face about 10 hours :)
i love how this lady is constantly smiling. I was feeling a bit down but after watching this she has actually cheered me up a bit :)
You are amazing!!!!
your sarcasm is so refreshing and it's nice to finally find someone with the same skin and cosmetic needs!
OMG! I need this foundation!
+BadKittyBeauty Every foundation I use tends to melt in the humidity though. I just thought they all did.
+BadKittyBeauty definitely not all foundations melt off in the humidity, surprisingly!! But I'm sure this foundation'll do much better once the heat is gone that's for sure :)
+Thrift Thick (Cassie) I guess I need to try out more foundations.
They're making lighter shades!
+mickey diamond do you know when by chance?
It's already out on the too faced website! 💗
+mickey diamond I saw that! I was able to swing by one of my fav TH-camrs who is pale like me but she matches about a shade or two darker then me and she said the palest in "Snow White" was too dark for her and it looked really yellow on her too :/
Same here D: I think they all have warm undertones (correct me if I'm wrong) which makes me look a little too....Donald trump-y :/
Hopefully it works for my normal to (rarely) dry skin, because this is what foundation dreams are made of!
i love when you said you couldnt see how the makeup was going on bc your glasses were off! Finally someone else who feels the same!!!
I have normal to dry skin and I absolutely love the foundation! I got a sample from Sephora and was so wowed that I went and bought the full size. I've never purchased a high end foundation before! I can definitely see though that it wouldn't be good for oily skin because even I get a tad oily in this when it's hot out
I have the foundation in the shade of Pearl and i love it SO SO MUCH!! Everyone should have it.
you're so beautiful. eyebrows, and those eeeeyeeeeees. nose, lips everything ☺
yeah it just inspired me to go do my brows😁😁😁
Nun, ko, ip 😢
+Vico taeyaang 😋
I know you're not the most conventional TH-cam makeup blogger but I love the way you make these! You're so charming and funny. And when you take us with you it shows how it survives in everyday life.
I would love to see you do a full face glam makeup, because you're so natural beautiful so you don't even need full glam honestly.
I dont like utube makeup videos but just LOVE her . Will keep watching
i love this foundation soooo much. definitely for people with warmer/yellow undertones and better for dry or normal skin.
Do you have dry skin? If so, does this foundation look cakey on your skin? I'm worried that if I buy this foundation it will exaggerate all of my dry patches.
+Jordyy Nunya mine is combination but i have dry patches and it never sticks to them. its dewey so its pretty good for drier skin.
yes, look cakey!
:) Thanks for uploading!
her eyelashes are unreal! so freaking pretty!
Love your review! I think your the only one that really gets their camera in so close!
I love how detailed her description is like her glasses and nails I would be like shirt is from my closet
You're someone who looks fabulous with foundation only and NO other makeup on. Idk if that makes sense? But in my head it did 😂
Kirstyn Blake ikr?! I always look washed out with only foundation on
I just purchased this foundation yesterday and when I asked for a foundation specifically for super dry skin , the ultra consultant said too faced born this way foundation !
Bailey Tenerovich I don't think she wants to advertise too many products that people of color can't buy. Like most Korean cushion foundations.
Love it.
I tried this for a few days...I'm combination skinned and it made me into a grease pit!
Mark Sloan
Mark Sloan
+Kaylin Styles huh?
I'm combination too, what are your favourite foundations so far for both High end and high street?
Kelly Sloan Haha sorry, Mark Sloan is a character on Grey's Anatomy :)
This product is sent from heavens❣
this is my first video from your channel and I just want to say your a very sweet and confident person!!! You have such pretty eyes!! 😊
like it that you are not conscious about your flaws and that in itself made you beautiful!
You looked gorgeous today. Impeccable eyelashes!!!
+Method One oh my goodness shucks thank you
OMG i LOVED you foundation review! You apply the foundation close to the camera so the viewers could see the real coverage and what the foundation claims to do. Thank you!!!!:)
your eyes are so pretty!!!
This foundation is amazing! The only! Foundation that does not brake me out and am allergic to most face products. Worth the money.
hi Cassie,
I didn't have much luck with the Born this way foundation either, the shade match was good for me and it was a good yellow undertone, however after only a few hours the foundation started breaking up on my face and settled into my pores really bad, this foundation really only looks good for about the first 10 minutes or so, after that if you need to do anything or go anywhere, my suggestion is maybe just wash it off your face cuz the stuff will look really patchy and awful in a few hours.

I will let you know how it goes! thanks for the advice!
same happened to me! :( looked good and then... ughhhh lol
this is my absolute favorite foundation because i have the driest skin. It also has good coverage and is so fresh feeling, i love it.
I don't know why but you really remind me of Cali Torez on Grey's Anatomy
I love that you showed us your day along the way!
Who else twitched every time she touched her face... I hate touching my face since it is oily I fear the touching.
Definitely gonna try this foundation. it makes u look glowing and flawless
Oh my goodness! I felt the same way while watching that episode of Project Runway! I wanted to leap into that tv and give Ashley a big hug...then I wanted to slap those "mean girls". UGH!!!!
+HammyMamma they should have known when Heidi called them out for picking her last that throwing her under the bus would backfire!
+HammyMamma oh good I'm glad I wasn't the only one who got so bummed out from that episode!! All of the hugs to Ashley
Same! It just made me even more a fan of her, and Laurie, too, for sticking up for her! I also couldn't believe how they kept going after Heidi called them out, and go Kelly Osbourne for calling them out!!
same here! I was ready to jump through the screen and smack some sense into those ladies!
I'm allergic to EVERYTHING under the sun no joke...my skin is soooo sensitive and I'm sick of wasting my money of foundations that break me out amd give me rashes 😓 Love you channel xxx
idk what it is but you're so refreshing! this is the first vid i've seen of yours and you just seem so cute and nice
I just love you and the fact that you seem to be pretty rasy going and happy and I love that because people are sooooo serious all the time and especially some of them seem to just be unhappy cranky souls. lol
I reached a point where I only use what she recommends
anyone else?
+Esraa Awadhi Haha I'm not there yet, since we have different skin types (I'm dry/combination) but YES I would never think of buying any foundation before I see her reviewing it!
F I N A L L Y, someone that looks LIKE ME!!!! I instantly subscribed before I even watched the video. Screw the video, you’re already my most favorite “beauty guru”. You’re just GORGEOUS! I cannot help but want your eyes, I loooove them!💕
you should start doing a flash test for your foundation reviews :) it would be really helpful to some people like me
I love the honesty you provide in all of your videos, thank you!
I was yelling at my phone "stop touching your face" haha omg girl!
Officially one of my favorite TH-camrs, you're so bubbly!
ooooooooooooooooo I want a vanilla red iced tea!!!!!
Has she liked any of the foundations she has reviewed? So far I have seen none :(
gurl, we wear the same shades in foundation, and I too have pretty darn oily skin. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm loving your foundation reviews! thank you! 😊😊😊
Subscribing because your personality is golden and you're absolutely gorgeous! xx
I love how close you get to the camera! It's really helpful for someone like me who needs to watch 1000 video s before getting a product
It may be good but I wish it was more affordable
