Rao,BOP, & Brand all work together. BOP applies all debuffs + SC generator. Rao applies/spreads the debuffs on up to 7 enemies + it adds a dot to them for every debuff power u use. Brand marks enemies that have debuff applied. You get increased might/vit for every debuff on an enemy (BOP). You can brand up to 8 enemies (Rao). Hitting the melee on brand damages up 8 enemies and restores power back to the group.
Might battle troll. Nice. Idk if I'd invest in BOP. Is brand actually good? I've yet to see how it actually works.
