Thank you for the video. I made ribs for the first time tonight using your recipe as a guide. And wow it came out so good for the first time I ever made ribs. Thank you so much for the video.
Those looked great, love the higher temp cooks which I got to because of you. I also like doing spares for the "mid cook snacks" as you called them. Probably my favorite part of the cook is not having to fight the family for which ribs they want, I can make them to my darn tastes...LOL Nice video, thanks!
Those look so delicious iam going to try that tomorrow thanks for the video. I have a question what would you recommend on a spritz for some ribs beside water?
Those look delicious man!! I'm partial to the savory flavor too. Definitely gonna try it this way on my next rib cook. Great job on the informative video, thank you!!
Second time with this recipe....fabulous result again. Thanks for your efforts; truly best bang for the buck in ease and time. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Will mix it up with different rubs and sauces. Goodbye 3-2-1.
Now i must locate that bbq sauce! I am from KC and I love Gates bbq sauce because it is a vinegar based sauce. Where I live now I can get Gates but no other vinegar based sauces, all super sugary. Thanks for the tip!
You first say you're smoking at 275 then when you wrap and are getting ready to put them back in, you say going back in at the same temp 250? Which is it? I'm going to assume you meant same temp 275. Could you clarify? Ribs are already on so I'm going to leave them at 275 all the way. Thanks for the vid.
Thank you for shouting out the ones we have lost. Too many people have forgotten what the flag and this country stand for 🇺🇸 Respect.
I couldn't agree more, thank you
I’m doing ribs this weekend! Just bought them. It will be the first time I cook them in my new Traeger!
AWESOME!!
Gonna do that one on next rib cook. Looks awesome. Thanks as always.

So easy and so delicious!
@@AshKickinBBQ the other part I think that's awesome is you can pick up the ingredients from pretty much anywhere.
@@ryanberg121 Yessir, that was my goal with this video. Anyone can make these anywhere. Sometimes simplicity is best!

That is awesome Ron! I also said goodbye to 3-2-1 years ago!
Nice cook 🍻🍻
Thanks 👍
It'd be faster to remove the membrane! Great video!
Great looking ribs!
Thank you James
Do pellet grills produce enough smoke flavor? I want to purchase one, but I want to make sure it properly smoke the meat. Thanks
Depends on what you desire for smoke taste. I like mine.
Now i must locate that bbq sauce! I am from KC and I love Gates bbq sauce because it is a vinegar based sauce. Where I live now I can get Gates but no other vinegar based sauces, all super sugary. Thanks for the tip!
You might looking at trying Blues Hog Tennessee Red, that's my favorite.

275 the whole time.
Thanks. 30min to go. 🤙
How did they turn out ? 3hrs total smoke time ? 2hrs unwrapped 1 hr wrapped ?
Love some good Eatin’ ribs! ❤️🔥
You and me both!
I got a pit boss and it only goes from 250 to 300… you think I should go with 250?
I’d go 300
“At home eater ribs” haha what does that even mean?!
Either way these ended up being some of my favs I have done, and they’re quick!
Haha, means they are basic easy eating ribs! Glad ya liked them!
@@AshKickinBBQ youre a legend, thank you sir
Do you guys have a Twitter page?
No sir, Facebook and Instagram
Vikings hell yeah
SKOL!
Love the scoring of the membrane tip. Peeling that off was always the worst part.
Good video! That’s cool only took you about 2 1/2 hours?
Thanks Jake! Yeah, anywhere from 2 and 1/2 to 3 is my norm
@@AshKickinBBQ you spritzed at an hour then wrapped at an hour and a half? How long wrapped?
@@rickallen7165 until they’re tender. There’s no specific timeline I can give you as all ribs are different.
Are your gloves also heat resistant?
No, just nitrile gloves with cotton liners underneath.
@@AshKickinBBQ FYI, you are MY source for BBQing on my Pit Boss 1150 Pro. Love your vids.
How did you cook 3 racks of ribs in only 2 1/2 hours?
What do you mean? It doesn’t matter how many you’re cooking. The amount of meat doesn’t change the cook times.
Are these St. Louis cut or baby back? What will the ribs be called at the grocery store?
They’re St. Louis cut
🍺👍
Baby back or Sanit Louis?
St. Louis
@@AshKickinBBQ thank you
What kind of pork ribs are they. It is so hard to find quality ribs to smoke.
These were just locals I got from my store, my go to is Compart Duroc
Am I the only one who has never heard of an "eater" rib, until now?
Probably not. lol
How is this basically a backyard “eater” cook with all the comp style trimming!?
Lol, this is not comp style trimming. Multiple times in the video I said trimming it up was optional. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
