    I love small arrangements, I tend to make them for myself even when the stems are long, (just a hobby grower who likes more arrangements around the house than I have space or vases for lol).
    Also, I watched your seed starting videos and the bouquets you’re making with them are beautiful 😊

    I love your bouquet videos the most. You are an inspiration to me. Last season I started making bouquets out of my yard. I've gardened for a long time but never cut my flowers. Now I'm trying to get up the courage to sell them. Thanks for your great video. I love seeing what you are growing.

    Thanks for the video! I've been making $10 bouquets in jelly jars, but a $5 bouquet might be a better fit for the market I'm in. Thanks for being so generous with your ideas.

    I think one of your markets is in the afternoon if I heard you right on one of your videos. I have one next weekend that will run until 3 in the afternoon and is supposed to be very hot that day. What is your opinion on one of those cool misters that you put on top of a bucket of water and blows out a cool mist?? Trying to keep them from wilting.

    • @SunshineFlora
      @SunshineFlora  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve never used one but might not hurt! The market I do is 4:30-6:30 and always hot. Even in the shade

    So beautiful ❤ where did you find the cantaloupe coneflowers? I can't find one anywhere. I bought 15 plants last week bc i love them so much but missing that one. I think I'll survive without it.😂

    Hi Christina, so when you find out that the flower turn out not to be what you ordered growing the seed that you bought. Are you then contacting the seed company? Last year, I had to, because 11 out of 22 Dahlias wasn’t what I ordered, and even though it was 6-7 months later, before I got to see the actual flower on the plant, I contacted my seller and showed them pictures and my invoice… they were good enough to pay me back the money!! They had many mislabel Dahlias! Totally not okay! But, they admit it and payed me back, so I’m thankful… but also so that they know, and can take matters into correcting their problem.

      I usually do if it’s a large amount. This was just a small packet of seeds so I didn’t. Great you were reimbursed!!

    Fuss so much more with my bouquets. Gosh, yours are just a few items but still nice.
    I still only get 15.00 each .
    What is your price point on those ?

  • @wishywashy1153

    My only opinion is to wrap the bouquet with the brown paper a little looser to make the bouquet look bigger and give the bouquet more room to breathe. I feel like you're making it too tight. But what do I know.

    How long will you keep things in the fridge before you will not use anymore? I'm always afriad of using snaps or sunflowers or anything after I've stored them for more than like 3 days, because I'm afraid they will not have a long enough vase life (at least a week) because I use a fridge &I know the humidity isnt what it should be/is in a floral cooler, & I have never been able to find any good respurces for how long you can store in a cooler or a fridge, & they will still have at least a week vase life...

    • @SunshineFlora
      @SunshineFlora  ปีที่แล้ว

      about the same. I prefer to harvest the day before I use anything. Some things if I REALLY need flowers I will harvest and keep a few days. Depends on the flower. Sunflowers if the petals are just lifting off the face - I have kept them for a week. They open quick once you take them iut

    • @ElderandOakFarm
      @ElderandOakFarm ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SunshineFlora 👍 OK ty. I heard you said you may keep the snaps for the bouquets you were making at the end of the week & I didn't know what day of the week it was when you filmed...

      @@SunshineFlora do you put everything on the fridge? Even zinnias ? Also, what temp do you keep it at? Or do you just put it on the lowest setting?

    I think I got my goldilocks from a seed packet at home depot or lowes and it was a double. It was stunning! Sad yours are singles.
    Also, last year I think you posted a question about what greenery we were all growing and I said honeywort. I think it's amazing and I'm glad it's working out for you too!! I'm just going to sit here and pretend I'm the entire reason you're growing it. 😂
