I had to use my T-shirt to get a good grip on the base. It works! The earbuds snap out. After installing the large earbuds, I got a better seal. My Galaxy Buds don't fall out, and the sound quality is much better. Thank you for the video!

I couldn't get a seal on the left bud. Watched your video and realised the buds had clicked on properly ( I didn't realise there was a clip on the buds). After watching all is resolved, great seal and great sound. Thanks!

First one came off fine. Second one ripped off immediately. So how do you get the ring from the old tip off the bud?

I put mine in between my teeth and but down and pulled the ring off.

I have no idea what kind of voodoo this man is performing in the video. Mine shredded instantly and I had to take a screwdriver to the side of one to get it off of there.

Did you have any problems with tearing . Are you experiencing that? Also if you had no problems, you should you don't have to send it back, right?I know samsung had a statement out

Nope. I've switched mines out a few times, I think people maybe use their nails to pinch and grip vs the meatypart of the finger to pinch 🤷🏽‍♂️. No issues, you don't have to send it back. I am sending my Galaxy Buds Live as a trade in (it's been fun beans... rip) lol

I cannot get my tips off... I watched this video and tried and ended up tearing the rubber part. Don't want to use pliers cause I'm afraid to wreck the buds. Irritating!

It's not working. They are too tight to get them removed. I ripped my right ear tip in the mean process of doing it😢

I do. I have never had stem design earbuds. I've had the Samsung Buds and Buds2 Pro, as well as Jaybird X3, and Bose SoundSport Wireless. With those, you just removed the tips. There is no need to flip back the ear tip back and pull off. The Jaybirds and Bose had wings, and they were easy to come off. I just tried to remove the tips on my white Buds3 Pro to just test since they fit me fine. First, the tips feel flimsy. Like they will tear, and they don't just come off when you pull gently like I do with my other in ear buds. I'm literally scared to pull any harder. Thankfully, they fit. Otherwise, I would return because I wouldn't take the chance of tearing them. Then needing to order order replacemen, which means they couldn'tbe used until received the replacemens. I don't have that kind of patience. I do feel Samsung should send out replacement tips to everyone that I already received their order.

Yeah mine are completly fused. They will not come off at all. If you can't understand, then you got lucky and have a good model.
