Have you guys ever used the premade mixes like Urban Slicer or Pillsbury? If so, are they less time consuming alternatives or is it better off to just make your own dough?

I've never tried any of those dough mixes, but they really just look like flour and yeast. I could see a case where if you have no measuring devices and just want to quickly make some pizza dough, but it'd only save the time it takes to weight yeast I'd think haha.
I don't think dough is too hard to make as it is although I do think more care should be put into it than I typically put into these doughs. I want to make an actual serious dough video one day but I find it hard to take myself seriously when I turn the camera on lol

@@PigPieCo I see. I don't make pizza, but I occasionally make a Balkan pita (lepinja I believe is the name) and it uses similar ingredients (sans the beer lol). I'll definitely keep this in mind next time I got to the store.

@@RandomAtribute20k oh hey that looks really good! I'm curious how something like that would turn out made in an Ooni oven I may have to do some experiments

@@PigPieCo i remember seeing a recipe online mentioning that it cooks pretty well on a pizza stone, so I'd assume it'd come out really nice. It'd be extra awesome if you can get that signature air pocket too! I've only been able to do that once out of all of my attempts in my conventional oven lmao.
Make sure to make some ajvar and ćevapčići to go along with it. I'd say kajmak too but depending on your location, sour cream might have to replace it.
