That’s something that I’ve been trying but I haven’t succeeded with small lenses , I’m trying to make video about balancing it with a battery grip , watch out for that .

What's the base plate youre using for BMPCC6k Pro instead of one thats coming with RS2?
That bigger and chunkier one also comes with RS2?

Informative video! Since the BMPCC has only one USB C port, can I still connect an SSD if the camera also has to be connected to the gimbal via USB C to use the Raveneye? Also, Smallrig released a cage for the 6K pro, and since the camera is already huge as it is and barely fits, do you think the cage will fit the gimbal?

Hey I’m still yet to try and balance the camera plus smallrig Cage and see if it will work , but I doubt it will he too heavy . I normally use a Cfast card with the Reveneye , I haven’t tried the SSD plus Reveneye . Hope this helps . But I might give them a try and let you know

the raven eye I got with my kit connects to the HDMI out of the camera, then from raven eye out to the gimble. I have the new small rig cage designed for the 6kpro with the SSD slot. it records to the SSD locally with a usb wire (as normally does).

You can buy an offset base plate. But you also need to buy some weights to attach to the gimbal to balance it properly.
