I woke up with tears in my eyes, it was 11degrees here, I realize God was with me all night, the water didn't freeze, I still had electricity for heat, I was saved by Jesus a while back, after 45 years of methamphetamine use I have been delivered, I can't express how grateful I am that God is with me, God bless you and your family God bless me and my family

The worry anxiety and fear we feel in our head and stomach is a lower level fear that feeds on itself and is not meant for us to be for periods of time. We are all one. It seems hard but try the simplest of things like smile and think positive thoughts.
Thankfully, we can give these things to Jesus and He will give us peace 🕊️ God bless you 💖

Almost asleep when a commercial loudly came on. Of course I became alert a this time. Really? Can’t something be done about these stupid ads during a “sleep meditation “? Can’t even trust the Abide channel. SMH
Not impressed with this one. Too much talking which doesn't allow me to sleep. Requires me to pay attentionntonwhat tou are saying in the storyline completelybdefeating the purpose of sleep.
