आज हम अमित कुमार जी के फार्म का भ्रमण कर रहे हैं। हम केले के गेहर का प्रभावी प्रबंधन देखेंगे। साथ ही हम एनपीके की सही खुराक और उचित मात्रा के बारे में भी समझेंगे। इसके अलावा हम क्यारियों में केला लगाने और ड्रिप सिंचाई का उपयोग करने के लाभों को भी समझेंगे।
केला दुनिया भर में खाए जाने वाले सबसे लोकप्रिय फलों में से एक है। केला पोटेशियम और कार्बोहाइड्रेट का बहुत समृद्ध स्रोत है। वे एथलीटों की पहली पसंद हैं क्योंकि यह उच्च ऊर्जा प्रदान करता है। इनमें विटामिन बी6 की मात्रा अधिक होती है, जो संक्रमण से लड़ने में मदद करता है। यह फल फाइबर का भी एक बड़ा स्रोत है। यह शरीर को कार्बोहाइड्रेट प्रदान करता है, विशेष रूप से विटामिन। विटामिन बी का एक उत्कृष्ट स्रोत है। इसके अलावा यह शरीर को पोटेशियम, फास्फोरस, कैल्शियम और मैग्नीशियम भी प्रदान करता है। केला पचने में आसान होता है और कोलेस्ट्रॉल और वसा दोनों से मुक्त होता है। इसे कच्चा और पका दोनों तरह से खाया जा सकता है और इसे पकाया भी जा सकता है।
ग्रांड नाइन जिसे (जी-9) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, उत्तर प्रदेश में सबसे अधिक उगाई जाने वाली किस्म है। केले की और भी कई किस्में हैं लेकिन जी-9 की खेती सबसे ज्यादा की जाती है। उत्तर प्रदेश में इसकी खेती ज्यादातर निम्नलिखित जिलों, लखनऊ, सीतापुर, बाराबंकी, लखीमपुर खीरी, फैजाबाद, बस्ती, संत कबीरनगर, महाराजगंज, सिद्धार्थनगर, सुल्तानपुर, कौशाम्बी, कुशीनगर, इलाहाबाद में की जाती है।
सीतापुर क्षेत्र में केले की खेती नई है। लोग कुछ वर्षों से केले की खेती कर रहे हैं, लेकिन फिर भी छोटी-छोटी गलतियाँ हैं जिन्हें अगर सुधारा जाए तो किसानों को वहाँ आय बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी।
केले की फसल अच्छा रिटर्न देती है और यह कम रखरखाव वाली फसल भी है। केले धीरे-धीरे किसानों के पसंदीदा होते जा रहे हैं और गन्ने की फसल की जगह ले रहे हैं। हमारे क्षेत्र में इस नकदी फसल का उज्ज्वल भविष्य है।

Banana is one of the most popular fruit eaten all over the world. Bananas are a very rich source of potassium and carbohydrates. They are the first choice of athletes as it offers high energy. They are high in Vitamin B6, which helps fight infection. This fruit is also a great source of fibre. It provides body with carbohydrates, is an excellent source of vitamins, vitamin B in particular. Apart from this it also provides potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium to the body. Banana is easy to digest and is free from both cholestrol and fat. It could be eaten both raw and ripe, and could be cooked as well.
Grand Naine which is also known as (G-9), is the most common grown variety in Uttar Pradesh. There are several other banana varieties as well but G-9 is cultivated the most.
Banana Farming is new in the region of sitapur. people are growing Banana from few years, but still there are little mistakes which if rectified will help farmers to boost there income .
Banana crop offers a good return and also it is a low maintenance crop. Bananas are slowly becoming farmers favorite and taking place of sugarcane crop. There is a bright future for this cash crop in our region.
Today in the first video for banana farming we will talk about the steps, starting from planting till flowering and fruit formation. Also about the fertilizers, insecticides which are used for good plant growth.
