FYI: I’m a by-the-book canner for over three decades. The latest and greatest that you don’t need to sterilize jack sh:-t if you’re boiling the pricy for a minimum of ten minutes. :-)
How many pineapples did you have to cut to get that much? And which Ball cookbook are you referring to in the video - I know they have several different ones. Thank you for the wonderful video. Great instructions, very clear, easy to understand.
