very interesting, what are your thoughts of removing income tax as well as it leads to a perverse incentive where people might be demotivated as they become more productive, earn more, would it be possible to just have a consumption based tax as it may or may not lead to mindful consumption also, as a young person i disagree that having wealth discourages people from work, i think it acts as a safety net and allows for innovation, there is also high degree of correlation between kids of HNI working hard granted there is privilege which comes into play but its still a boon, the idea that one needs poverty to work hard is very outdated thinking of carrots and stick, people work for more reason then just money.
increase registration charges(almost double) on third home (unless they sell their one of previous homes ) and introduce inheritance tax such a way that you must pay tax when you sell. If i get a home from my dad worth something. i dont need to pay tax till I (or my family) sell the property. tax it that year
great video, quite insightful and a pleasure to hear you guys chat :")

That is simply Capital gain tax no?
@@RupeeInvestor Capital gains+Inheritance both. That way no need of this assessment of market value of property during inheritance
Real estate sector will collapse if this happens
