I have a question, do you ever make the toppers in advance and if so how do you store them? I want to make some in advance but I'm scared they'll become hard
yes, if you make it in advance you should store it at room temperature in a cupboard, or somewhere without sun getting to it. they will always become hard after few days, weeks, so I don't think you can avoid that. I would say , of course depending on the fondant/modeling paste you are using, it takes about a week for a figurine to get hard that it would be hard to bite it. the flat decorations take about 2 days
no, whipped cream will melt the fondant. You can secure the Minnie decoration by applying fisrt on the back of it some buttercream and then gently puting it on a flat whipped cream. If you will do it, I recomend to do it at the very last moment before serving the cake, just to be on a safe side:)

Hello, could you put a link for your cutter? It seems more practical than the normal ones. Tia
Did you use water food coloring or gel to paint with?
I'm using food colors in powder, and I mix them with few drops of alcohol to make paint

Could you put this mini made of fondant on a buttercream cake?
yes you can:)
This could be a nice cake idea if your having a Minnie themed party.
yes, and it's not so hard to do it
Can I put this Minnie over a cake with whipped cream

Over another fondant sheet and over whipped cream at the last moment is okay?
