Sim, cheats. Qual o emulador que você usa? Eu uso o WinKawaks, então não sei como funciona para outros emuladores, mas imagino que o processo seja similar em outros emuladores.
Abra o bloco de notas, copie e cole o código abaixo e salve como sfz2al.dat ou o nome da ROM que você possui aí, dentro da pasta "cheats", que fica dentro da pasta do WinKawaks. Funciona em qualquer versão do Street Fighter Alpha 2: EDIT: quando copiar o código aqui do comentário e jogar no bloco de notas, ele vai substituir os parágrafos por espaços. Deixe cada linha separada como está aqui, senão não irá funcionar. E se o jogo travar quando ativar o cógido, selecione um personagem qualquer e antes da luta começar, ative o código. He is not hacking just gen had a small hurtbox, when zangief perform the lariat that dont hit. Plus when zangief uses that move is unsafe on block aprox -2 frames
