    I’m so proud of myself I’m almost in tears! This is only day 1 but I found the courage to push through this workout! It was a challenge for me but I pushed through and made it through the entire workout and the feeling that I got when I realized that I can actually get through this was overwhelming! Thank you soo much for encouraging me and motivating me! I needed this💕

    very late but, i will update while i do this so i can see my progress
    day one- ✅it really burned, but im proud i got through it, not seeing much differences (ofc)
    day two- ✅still burns but i feel like a little lesser/ i didnt do the finisher also not seeing much difference
    day three- ✅easier but still burns, did a little of the finisher, and omg actually see a difference, not a major one, but a noticeable one i actually didnt expect that. definitely doing more of this omg

    Ohhh this was right on time because my butt is getting big and my upper part is getting bigger! I have to start working out I just logged onto TH-cam to look for a hourglass workout and without even searching..here you popped up! This is a sign for me to get up and stop being lazy! This was so motivating I needed this thanks💕😩

    Just to let everyone know the oblique exercises makes your waist wider. As i was doing them for the past few days i was like how come this isn’t like a clinching wasnt workout then i googled where your obliques are and what happens when you do oblique exercises and it’s the sides of your waist and when you work them out you will actually make your wait wider and boxier and not that hourglass look

    Been doing it for a week and its much easier now to do it in proper form. Its also easy to memorize unlike other workout videos. Im already tempted to add more workouts but I know I will just get burned out if I suddenly add more and I will just stop. So for now Im gonna be consistent and stick with just this video and some yoga to recover 😊

    this is actually pretty perfect for me because I’m struggling w/ standing, squatting, jumping workouts. other lying and kneeling workouts seems to be too easy for me. this one’s pretty good i can really feel the burn without tiring myself too much

    Also, for the recommended when your working out 3-5 weeks make sure your body gets rest at any moment you feel like it needs rest and 2nd I command if you trying this workout trying to get butt and small waist and everything obove I recommend you eat healthy like for the people that don't like chicken and stuff please eat that like avocados if yall want yall body to grow like here's it best to ea healthy your body ain't gonna grow nun if you ain't eating healthy I mean it's a 1% it might but my opinion do what's best!

    doing this for two weeks with other workouts.
    other workouts im doing: Madfit 10 minute daily abs (in morning), 7 min abs in 7 days
    day 1: booty burned and core!!
    day 2: same thing fr, still got one more workout to go
    day 3:girllllllll, anyway core and booty burned badd
    day 4: break!
    day 5: needed tht break omll lol
    day 6: i forgot to do it therefore im taking away my other break *BREAK
    day 7: week 1 ~~ sweaty ashh whole bod hurts
    day 8: we are locked in, no breaks this week!! body hurts again fr
    day 9: hurt my left bootay cheek today, i took it slow but still worked alot. my stomach is super upset bc i ate like half a bad of takis but its ok
    day 10: ate takis again y'alll i suck, anyway burned td last 4 days..
    day 11: skipped obliques i js couldnt do it.
    day 12: did /w auntie
    day 13: yes, skipping today last day tmrw!!

      @@krysjamie7421 I definitely see a big difference I recommend doing this exercise 5 times in a week and doing 2 reps but remember we all have different body and we burn fat differently so if you dont see a difference in a week then keep on doing it dont give up !!

      Hi Liz, try to sit kinda on your side bum instead of being fully sitting on the side on your hip. It is a great exercise but you want to be comfortable doing it 😊 hope my explanation makes sense 😀❤️

      Please take a break tho because I done every step she did and I didn't take a break my body was sore and hurting I had to go see a doctor and they said my body wasn't resting so I had to rest for a bit at anytime your body rest let it rest don't just force yourself to keep working out cause u want what she has!

      Hi. We are riding on the same boat. Been there but constant workouts and healthy eating are the way to go. Personally, I've gained quite a lot from doing that

      Yes agree with the comment, eat good food at least 5 meals a day and do weight training. If needed, track your calorie intake. Hope you get the body you want ❤️

      Well you can do this in the weekend and then take a break on saturday and sundays

      If you wanna do it everyday to get double and not have a break that's also fine but I'll take a break like maybe Saturday and Sunday but it's your option

      I would do 2 weeks and take a break to rest your body and the finish I did that exactly the way she did and it works but my body was sore and hurting so if you feel like your body sore it means it working but don't just keep exercising your body give it a break sometimes because it's not healthy to not have your body rest!
