Suspension is not showing me much difference... I am won't drive off roads so it's not required. If you have off roads then you can go for with suspension. And if you are going drive in good roads you don't require suspension. And it also increases cycle weight. Depends on your requirement sir.
So far I didn't face any complaints, I suppose to do a gear tunning, due to time constraints I can't able to tune it. But I always ride in higher gears. So I am comfortable with that itself. If you ask me to mention cons means I would tell this gear tunning, for that also customer support is providing technician through video call. Due to language barrier I can't able to understand Hindi. If you okay with hindi then you can tune it by their guidence.
Gear is already tuned but you have to call to that customer care number which they sent with parcel. They will do video call and make you to correct it. Or else they will tell closest retailer to correct it if you can't.

If I place the gear in 3 & 5 means actually it's being in 6th gear but in display it showing 5th. And lower gears making some noises. I am little busy, so I can't able to take my cycle to shop. And also I don't know hindi so I can't able to understand their video guidence. Still I am using higher gears only. I am okay with that.

I don't measure bro... But equal to Mach city without gear cycle. Actually frame of the cycle is very light weight due to th shock absorber its getting little heavy.(May be 14to15kg) I got Mud guards, number Lock,Bell,basic blinking lights(Red & White) & Bottle holder as complementary.

And also if you go with some other brands with Shimano gear shifters, their price tag is getting higher. I just compared the futures with other brands & Cradiac Gunner Pro, price is too less. So I went for it. 2. Service Support, they referring cycle plus shop which is in purasaiwalkam Chennai(paid service only. No free Service, but when you buy in established shops they offering you 2free services within50days which won't help us much. After that you have to pay upto 650₹ for regular service and waiting period also is much). If you are looking for the cost effectiveness Cradiac is seems better. And if you spend little time you can find better experienced shops near you in lesser service price charges.

Not according to weight. If you are riding in off rodes that front suspension reduces vibration in your hands and you won't get much pain in your shoulders. If you are riding in roads you can lock the suspension and can ride it. You can get better performance when you are pushing hard.
This is good product but not so great... I tried this ..performance is superb...but bike geometry is not durable because of its quality control by CRADIAC company for the sake of cost cutting...so ( by understanding this I changed my opinion ..and opted for SCHNELL ROAD 30 BEST hybrid urban bike for 20,000 only..but built quality of SCHNELL is very very better than CRADIAC gunner.... ( CRADIAC gunner is good product but cost cutting quality control is done by CRADIAC technicians..so the bike geometry and performance is not durable more than 4 years..
I don't see any compromise on quality. There is always a better one when you expand your budget of spending. In this price segment, this one is the best. That's what the video is about.
You can call the customer care they will organise and they guide you to the nearest service Center bro or mostly they will guide you over the video call. It will be easy only bro

I just bought Cradiac gunner recently. My height is 5ft 7 inches and the ride was a bit uncomfortable so i had to shift the saddle forward a bit. For you, I think it is okay. Your height fits under 'large' frame category.
As usual cycle fram has lifetime warranty. And fork has 1year warranty. And as usual physical damage won't covered in warranty. If you want to claim you can call customer care and they will guide you.
