Ok, so...yes...Bang Chan didn't really have a part....outside of the "DA DA-DA DA DA" bit... but I'm genuinely not offended by that... for a couple reasons... firstly, this track is quite obviously a hip hop song... like, Stray Kids' music tends to draw influence from multiple genres including hip hop, pop, and rock... but for Double Knot, it's a straight hip hop track...so, naturally, the song is going to have a prominent 3Racha+Hyunjin+Felix line distribution... also, Bang Chan is the leader of the group... and it's completely natural for the leader of a group to intentionally sacrifice screen time for his/her members... go back and watch some of the early SKZ M2 relay dance videos on TH-cam, and you'll see Chan intentionally sacrificing his time in front of the camera for the sake of the other members getting more screen time... Regardless, this track is a BANGER, and this is definitely Hyunjin's era. P.S. Kim, I totally identify with your reactions... you're great, love ya, keep up the good work :)
Also I noticed the Chan thing this song really focused on Jisung, Changbin, Hyunjin, and Felix honestly it was so so incredibly well done!!!!! Chan really gave it too the boys!!!! We have a very humble and fair leader!!!! Again I say 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I’m beyond excited to see our boys finally back and the powerful visuals along with the deep lyrics gets me every time I listen to it. They never fail to impress their fans with outstanding performance and music with every song they’ve done. This song takes me back to some of their older tracks on top of the connection to their previous Clè albums ‘Miroh’ and ‘Yellow Wood’ but it also gets me District 9 vibes when they’re outside the bus warehouse. *I’ve only been able to figure out theyre now back in the City in the Sky and the keys represent each member.*
