The greatest lineup of the greatest band ever. Stunningly beautiful yet absolutely vicious. Hail, hail!
Totally agree, nothing comes close to this line up or this extraordinary talented band 👏❤️
Anyone who filled in on guitar sounded just like they really were 'just filling in'...McGeoch was a pure natural, it was effortless, a truly inspired guitar genius...
I love the Banshees after all these years, the Scream and Join Hands are great albums but totally agree with you McGeoch was a genius. Kaleidoscope and JuJu will always be my favorites.
I adore The Scream but you are right McGeoch was brilliant, his contribution was epic@@greenpudding4103
Yes John McGeoch was excellent, he made a good contribution to the Banshees.
I agree with all these comments I just feel like nobody can replicate what he did-amazing guitarist, one of a kind!!!
This I feel for Robert Smith. His playing live of McGeoch’s riffs were pittiful. Carruthers and Klein did a fantastic job covering McGeoch’s parts. Even in the records they’re on you can’t deny how incredible the guitar work is on records like Tinderbox and The Rapture.
John McGeoch was such a fantastic guitarist, his exotic chords and scales making for a sooooo special atmosphere on so many splendid SatB themes as this one...!
A true master on the edge of consonance/dissonance, to be remembered forever...
John McGeoch was just that much better than anyone else ❤️
Smith did an admirable job filling in later on, but McGeoch was something special
By far the best live performance i`ve ever heared 0f this song.
Night shift is also my favorite on JujJu. It has such a gloomy haze.
A portrait of Peter Sutcliffe.
Is it generally about Yorkshire Ripper?
@@dominica4799 Yes
@@gaetanoermito6101 oh right. It's well done.
I cannot say enough about this version of the Banshees. RIP John McGeoch and yes, The Ice Queen rules.
Simply brilliant
Honestly, the greatest band of all time, and this was them at the absolute peak of their powers. And yes Nightshift is a song about Peter Sutcliffe, but only in the way that Macbeth is a play about James the First. You can never capture its essence in mere words.
Their best guitar player, both for Siouxsie and Pil. Definitely a matchless genius.
Brilliant Performance!!!Timeless!!
JuJu is a great album and one of those few I always go back to, even +40 years after.
John. We miss you mate. Incredible.
My favorite song from them. She’s so awesome.
yes you are right. What a stunning performance.
R.I.P. John ❤
One of the best performances of one of the best Banshees tracks.
Still amazing 30 years later.
+Dan Pflaum Have to agree - still great song and performance.
I saw her perform back in the late 80s in Los Angeles---excellent show.
why wouldnt it be its not like there is an influx of great music today there was more great music made between 80 and 95 than will be made in the next 50 years
the best song of the band and of the best ever in punk/goth music.
Her charisma is magenta
Dark majesty rules supreme.
Mark Liddell is your knickname newkie?
Severin always looks cool.
Absolute masterpiece !
Outstanding. I am utterly hypnotised by this song. It's chilling, but what would you expect a song about Peter Sutcliffe, a.k.a., "the Yorkshire Ripper," to be?
EPIC !!!
This is huge and unforgettable, 30 years on and still absolutely amazing as it will ever be!
Mcgeoch was a brilliant guitarist.budgie was a out of this world drummer and siouxsie was perfect front woman severin was an amazing bassist even though he's never mentioned
A description of a perfect band with a perfect performance.
what a great performance. This is brilliant!
Yeah John McGeoch. Top man.
I saw them multiple times on this tour when they played London. I think I was 15. Wonderful.
Hauntingly awesome song.
This song is so good.

I was in Cologne that summer. How did I miss this? She scared me in concert.
God I absolutely love this
36 years later..., Damn right!
Power for eternity...
those pauses, genius
Stunning piece of work!
Fantastic, interpretation, melody of a giant on stage
Excellent live band

Majestic, imperious.
Kpop's getting boring - back to Siouxsie to clear my head
The Yorkshire Ripper song.....Peter Sutcliffe
Mind boggling passion, her pure energy and hot sensuality
Schone errinerungen. 39 jahre wieder. Aber schon im bild zuruck zu sehen
This is such a dark song, it's unbelievable. Pure tar.
Looks like a great set but I would like to see it restored on Bluray, even if this (bootleg?) isn't Siouxsie approved.
It's impossible, unfortunately, not without AI anyway. This was recorded off of a live broadcast, there is no and never was any film of it in existence.
siouxsie 12th wonder !!!
Amazing song!😍😍😍😍🎸🎸🎸
Fucking. Brilliant.
It's about the Yorkshire ripper
абсолютно феноменально
Невероятно, гениально.
There was Blondie and then there was serious s*** like this...
The fact that this song is about necrophilia 💀
