  • Italienerne har verdsatt tørrfisken i flere hundre år. Men de siste årene har også stadig flere nordmenn latt seg begeistre over tørrfiskens unike smak. Nofima har laget en film som viser hvordan tørrfisk blir til.

    I work with stockfish in Ancona Italy, at a business call "Gioacchini" :)
    in the signboard out of shop is written "stoccafisso dal 1900" (stockfish since 1900)
    I prepare it for consumption, I rehydrates it, I I end up cleaning and in the end I cutting and dealing it.
