Okay, being fair, I hate Jake for doing that. I don't care about Drew's personality. I'm a girl but I have to admit, bros before hoes dude.

jake never told drew about his passion for music, so the dromies never knew he actually liked it, but it's also understandable because jake was bullied for his singing passion all his life. his first friends were bullies of the music club, and jake loves music, of course he would be scared because it's the first time someone befriended and turned him into a popular guy.
but also, since drew is so possessive of jake, i'm sure he would support him. maybe drew would be confused why jake bullied the music club, but i have a feeling the dromies wouldn't care and would make jake sing on sleepovers and do karaokes, thinking that he's just "different".
there's no way drew would hate jake just because of his passion. he even blushed twice when henry joked about drew's jealousy and he didn't deny it (it was also that time when rosy made a drake ship mini animation test). what i'm implying is that drew might like jake romantically, and thqt's why he's so overprotective and possesive of jake. if that is true, then again, drew would never hate jake if he told about his passion earlier, before the fight.
BUT! it's not fully jake's fault either. again, he was afraid of rejection and that he would get bullied again. i'm on both sides.

still, jake felt bad for bullying someone like him, so i guess it's better this way. it's sad that drake up happened, but it's better for both of them, and i hope in the end they will be friends again, and if drew actually loves jake, he'll get over it and live normally(not implying that lgbtq+ is bad! i mean that drew would calm down and chill) in peace.

⁠@@AtifaKhanNY Rosy revealed in the video where Jake’s plushie was released that Drew would’ve bought Jake a karaoke machine if he told her, and she replied to a fan’s artwork of Drew holding a Jake plushie to confirm that Drew had an entire Jake shrine in his room. Drew would’ve supported Jake and cared for Jake MORE than Jake cared for Drew to the point where he was possessive over Jake- even Hailey herself noticed it.
I think Drew would’ve supported Jake’s passion and I do believe that Drew had a small crush on Jake (obviously Jake doesn’t feel the same way, I don’t really ship Drake in the traditional sense either so don’t come for me pls), but Jake misunderstood Drew terribly and would’ve rather been with people with similar passions because they felt more relatable. I feel bad for them both :(
