- "Happy Birthday Jesus", credited to the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, but the real star is the little girl, whose name I do not know. She's got a sweet little voice, though! The song was written by their choir director Carol Cymbala, the wife of the pastor at the church. I'm not sure, but I think the little girl is Carol's daughter.
this song is perfect, Christmas isn't about presents and tinsel and holly, it's about celebrating our saviors birthday and praising him being happy spending time with your family. Jesus truly is the best present, Jesus I love you
Love this song. When my children were little, I made Happy Birthday cake each year. They are now adults, but they remember those cakes.

Absolutely beautiful. We must always remember the real meaning of Christmas not just on Christmas day but everyday take Christ out of Christmas there is no Christmas. Every time we leave Jesus out of any day, we lose we fail. Saying yes to Jesus we can never go wrong it means we are saying no to the evil one our enemies Satan. Not sure how many people will see this but I used to help with the children's choir at church for many many years.. An few years we did this song and it brought tears to my eyes.

When I first heard this song awhile back arriving home for work on a December night. It played on the radio. I stayed listening to it in my car. Total Tear jerker. I was in emotional speechless. When I thought anything gospel music can't hit me no more with there best shot, to my surprise. This restored my faith. Still does. Happy birthday Jesus. I feel like a child again.

I remember we always used to listen to this song during Christmas time as a child. One of my fondest memories was sitting in the back seat of the car singing it at the top of my lungs. I’m grown now and now my 2 year old son sings it. My heart melts every time!

I first heard it about 9 yrs ago and I then had my 6 year old lil girl, to learn it with our school Choir, of bout 10 students and they blessed my soul singing it. They learned it immediately!
