I found the Lord Jesus when in my teens and have walked with God for the last 27 years , have ready the bible many times, attend a sound doctrine based church, and I have witnessed my of my family members and church members as well dying with smile on their faces, testifying that they were going with the Lord Jesus just like Saint Steven did in Acts 7 when the religious people stoned him to death.
