One suggestion to anyone who wants to buy, ask the showroom to arrange couple of bikes, ride all of them and choose one out of them. note down the chasis number and complete the payment for that bike.
This is how i bought, I took the test ride and completed the booking. Test ride bike was stalling which I mentioned to the sales person. Then couple pf days later, he called to ask when I want to buy, I told them that I will not buy because of the stalling issue, so he said that was the test bike and the production bikes dont have the issue, so I asked him to arrange couple of bike, I told him that, If the bike looks ok to me, I will pay on the spot. he agreed.
So I took test drive of couple of bikes(production bikes) more in the showroom parking itself for half an hour. once i was satisfied, i clicked pictures of the chasis number n completed the payment. got the delivery of the same bike in couple of days.

But thy dont give all the bikes for riding know actually, what t do, i mean test ride bike is different and for booking thy ll not allow to ride untill v purchase

check in bigger showroom which has bikes in stock. Yes the test bikes are different but if you have already booked and show the intent to buy; it will be easier to convince.
Also, I have seen them disconnecting speedo cables and using the prod bikes as test bikes, so i don't think its hard to convince the people who already want to make a sell.
Just purchased 390 atlantic blue, Main issue i found is engine makes wind intake type of noise, This is usually when the bike goes above 30 kmph speed . Contacted the service centre and they have told with all the new duke 390 its the same problem. Also they informed me that turn by turn Navigation is not available in Indian version of duke 390, its only available for export model.
Neil are you facing same similar issues with your bike?
no im not facing any sound like that.. they only have this answer to tackle the custmrs that it is happening in all bikes etc.. plus navigation will b coming after 3 mnths on KTM connect App.. Paid version( this was told me by KTM itself to me) watch my 2nd service video i have given info about Navigation
Suspension, check your preferred setting, for me someone changed it and I could immediately felt it that it had become hard, I did adjust according to my preference again and then it has become normal.

I am facing an issue in my new Duke 390 from day 1. Even if i switch on MTC, in 5 secs it automatically goes to switched OFF state. Same issue is there in my bike for rain mode and quickshifter. As of now, Service Center guys couldn't fix the issue...its been 1 week and they don't have any clue for the fix.
they are still not trained for it brother.. had same prblm with them they couldn’t service my bike.. wen i made a negative video on their service they requested to delet it bcoz of losing their jobs.. unfortunately u will have to wait 🙁🙁
Yes bro that was original gen 3 mirror, but right now we are getting dominar mirrors because of stocks issue.
may b stock issue or is it bcoz Bajaj nd KTM tieup.. cost cutting with dominar mirrors

Bar end mirror jo dikhaye usme se left aur middle vale acche hain, i guess same hain dono, wo badhiya lg rhe hain, cz thode sharp dikhe rhe as compared to right one! Duke ki personality pe suit karenge whi vaale! So go for that one 🤟🔥 also happy dusherra brother! ❤🤝😁

For my duke 390 gen 3, unable to on or off the quickshifter. The option is not even there. When checked with the showroom they are sayin there might be some software glitch that's why there is no option "quickshifter"

Navigation 1 KTM my connect app se use hoga which is paid.. but usmein u have to register ur bike ka chasis numbr.. to woh mera abhi nai dikh raha hai number daalne k baad koi information nai aarahi h.. bike purchase karne k 3 mnths baad apni details log hoti hai to 3 mnths k baad details dikhaega app mein tab jaake Navigation use kar paege woh b airf left right signal dekha baaki itna kch nai
