Thank you for showing Maryul Ladags, It was part of tibet till 900 AD and very culturally close to tibet for more than 1000 years after zhangzhung.

HIMALAYAN region was formed some 50 million years ago not couple of thousand of years. The fossils found in Himalaya of sea creatures proves that. These fossils indicate millions of years ago.
